Subrick Posted February 25, 2007 Posted February 25, 2007 2 Reasons: 1. It's a WWE Film. 2. The screenplay was written by Rob Hedden who directed "Friday the 13th: Part 8, Jason Takes Manhattan." And we all know how that movie turned out. Quote
Heart Breaker Posted February 25, 2007 Posted February 25, 2007 This is technically a movie discussion, not a wrestling discussion, so I'm going to move this into the Media section for you since someone hasn't already. Quote
Subrick Posted February 26, 2007 Author Posted February 26, 2007 Sorry. But still, Hedden made a crappy movie. Quote
G-Money Posted February 26, 2007 Posted February 26, 2007 I dont know about this movie, because the plot and settings sound awsome but like subtrick said Rob Hedden blows. Quote
Big Bizang Posted February 26, 2007 Posted February 26, 2007 It's the biggest rip-off. Fuckign watch Battle Royale and then tell me it's an awesome sounding concept. Quote
jitz Posted February 26, 2007 Posted February 26, 2007 I thought Friday the 13th Part 8 was one of the strongest late Jason movies, Part 7 is far worse. Are we including IX and X? Cause they were train wrecks, IX to a lesser extent. Part 8 was probably the best one since Part 4. 6 was pretty good. I call unfair criticism on Friday the 13th Part 8. Quote
Joe =/ Posted August 10, 2007 Posted August 10, 2007 I watched it last night, and it's fucking good. I've watched all battle royale films, and it IS a complete blatent rip off of them, but it's still a good film to watch, even if stone cold runs like a fucking retard, lol. Quote
Nemo Posted August 10, 2007 Posted August 10, 2007 we all know what happens when he has too many steveweisers. domestic abuse. Quote
RingMaster2001 Posted August 11, 2007 Posted August 11, 2007 It's the biggest rip-off. Fuckign watch Battle Royale and then tell me it's an awesome sounding concept. Battle Royale was a great film. Quote
Smacktalks Posted August 11, 2007 Posted August 11, 2007 I watched it awhile ago but it was a crap cinema rip, it was quite good though. I think most people just hear Stone Cold's in it and then instantly put it down. A few of my mates think it's a rip off of The Running Man but they still thought it was a really good film. Quote
