spam threads

it has come to my attention that there are alot of spam threads getting on here at the min, most of which are deleted pretty quickly thanks mainly to our mods esp Strum in this case, but others are not, after all we cant expect anyone (other than the don) to stay on here 24/7.

as a result of this, alot of you guys are replying to them, most of you should know better and im sure have probably recieved a few PM's about doing it. as such i'm bringing in a new rule, from now on if you reply to a spam thread then you'll have to do without your posting rights for a few days, in addition to this, feeling the need to quote and post this message under anyones reply will result in you also loosing your posting rights. nobody likes these topics sitting at the top of the forums so do not aid them by posting in them.

mods? jitz is the only one and this is the only forum that gets those spam threads. so really, its just jitz who cant be here 24/7.

sounds like you need another mod instead of creating a rule thats already in the rules thread that cant be enforced because it would leave 90% of our members on the ban list.

it is nice to see you doing SOMETHING as admin though. A for effort aero.

Simply it will be enforced, and no doubt for the first few weeks everyone will be jumping at the chance to reply to them to see if it's a bluff. Try it.
