The Don Posted January 15, 2007 Posted January 15, 2007 Let Global Warming happen... we'll grow oranges in Alaska. Quote
Jobber Posted January 15, 2007 Posted January 15, 2007 Yeah Im having crazy weather, it's winter and it hasn't even snowed once yet where I live in Michigan, which is usually plagued with snow from about October until March. Quote
scoot Posted January 15, 2007 Posted January 15, 2007 weather in britain is the same as ever........its british, its cold, its damp and its dam well shitty. and there has been no change in the ammount of rain, nor have i noticed a change in the temperature. Quote
Aero Posted January 15, 2007 Posted January 15, 2007 dunno much about global warming, dont really give a fuck to be honest, but i do know that as much as the polar ice caps are melting at an "alarming rate" they are also freezing more below and eventually due to physics or gravity of whatever they will rise again. as such all this crap about countries getting flooded shouldnt be an issue. to recap - we'll all burn to death or freeze to death, but not drown. Legendeath Posted January 15, 2007 Posted January 15, 2007 Well here the weather is fine, but the jet stream is really high this year so for me in Maryland I wouldn't mind having 70 degree weather due to tropical winds from Florida and the tropics. Quote
Big Bizang Posted January 15, 2007 Posted January 15, 2007 It's too late to do anything about it anyway. If we wanted to stop Global Warming we should've done something like 20 years ago. We'll see the ice caps melt in our life-time (not sure about Ming mind) and there's fook all we can do about it. So drive huge gas-guzzling cars and spray as much hairspray into the air as you like because it doesn't make a damn bit of difference if you don't. Quote
scoot Posted January 15, 2007 Posted January 15, 2007 Sal, ive heard its not its usual temperature in new york, and (apparantly) there has been no snow this winter..........which is a first, how is it up there? Quote
Thom Posted January 15, 2007 Posted January 15, 2007 Why don't you just MARRY him, Matt. ← I TOLD YOU MATT. Quote
Nemo Posted January 16, 2007 Posted January 16, 2007 Sal, ive heard its not its usual temperature in new york, and (apparantly) there has been no snow this winter..........which is a first, how is it up there? ← fucking cold. thats how it is. we had one warm day all winter, and honestly, less than 24 hours of non-freezing weather doesnt prove to me that im going to one day drown in water from the north pole. heres hoping, though!
