Saddam was an evil fucker who got what was coming to him. And I don't get why people think seeing him hung and his dead body is so wrong. We had to watch the Twin Towers fall how many times? Hell we watched people jump out of the damn Towers and fall through the air to their death. And if you don't like that explanation, how about horror movies. I have seen far worse in movies like Saw.
