Legendeath Posted December 24, 2006 Posted December 24, 2006 (edited) Vista is available to companies and corporations. Both my friends have it and they say it's faster and better. It also looks cleaner to me. The torrent is only a couple gigs. I would try it. Edited December 24, 2006 by Legendeath Quote
scoot Posted December 25, 2006 Posted December 25, 2006 the boss is part of the microsoft action pack thingy, basiclly loads of software for a yearly fee. it gets updated now and then too. just recently we recieved the newest build of vista, and have yet to install it to see how it runs ourselves, but as we understand it from a few that have tried it. the final build is a lot better smoother and faster than previous builds, prociding your PC is of decent spec (2.8 GHz pentium D, 2GB DDR2 RAM, 256MB VGA card should be just about right). otherwise ive been told its still a bit of a hound, and when upgrading its a bitch. ill haveto talk the boss into allowing me to use a licence at home.
