i see a lot of people say you need a little chip to hack is this true if not how do you hack do u do it while playing the game or while not playin the game

To use the codes posted u need one of the above..

If u want to edit the game (add new music, trons,new call names.) u need a mod chip or a harddrive in ur PS2
