Code to slow damage

Does anyone think it is possible that there could be a code to slow damage. Even with sliders, damage occurs too fast and matches end way too quick.

Is is possible to reduce all damage by a % or something to help matches flow better

go into the options and lower the damage levels, that seems like the easiest option

damage still happens too fast

the sliders or a code to slow damage (i have tried to look this up and cant find it)

also I have used the sliders and they still dont slow damage

Is there anyone out there that can help with a code to slow damage
