GM Mode Codes

I know its early, but I was wondering if there are any GM Mode codes. I was wanting to get the following:

1. Inf Cash for both shows

2. Roster Modifier (code that places certain superstars on certain shows & lets you have more than 20.)

3. Modify those who are on the Power 25.

4. Allow title matches to take place on Heat or Velocity.

5. A code that lets you have all of the storylines, instead of having to purchase them.

6. A code that puts the non-unlockables in GM Mode.

I was wondering if there is a code that allows any type of match to take place during Velocity or Heat & Codes that will allow any match to take place during Raw or Smackdown. I noticed you can't have a special referee match on Raw or Smackdown.

Would there be a way to also include any superstar in a title match regardless of their ranking? Its kind of frustrating when you have a superstar complaining about not getting a title shot, putting on the card for one & then it says that he dosen't rank on the power 15.
