Suggestions thread

Basically tell them 5 admins what you think would improve the board and comment on suggestions, n stuff...

Change the Art board to Media board. Movies, music, art, etc. We have a few music threads here that could easily go there, and I think there would be a few movie threads. Plus, you still have the art stuff. It'd help with putting the sports thread in one place too...

There's hardly any discussion in that forum now. I was hoping to bring more posts into Artistic Showcase by changing it to the Media Discussion. It seems like that forum has been dead for quite awhile. I was hoping that would spark up some more posts.

If anyone has any problems with me changing the Artistic Showcase to Media Discussion, please let me know. I'm open to suggestions,

i just fear that either a) it wont make a difference, altho we cn always just move topics, or B) it will take too much away from general chat.

that said tho i'm hoping it convinces a few ppl to venture out of general chat and into other sections. good idea!

We hardly ever talk about things like that in here, so that wouldn't be a problem.

Only thing that would stop people posting in General Chat, would be the Music Discussion, as that is done quite a bit here.

I don't see how Artistic Showcase can be merged into a Media Forum though. Media is for TV, music, films, news etc. Not sigs.

I think maybe a trial run for a Media Forum, like a month. If it takes too much whack out of General Chat, then after the month, get rid of it.

But definitely keep Artisitc Showcase seperate.

Alright. New forum made. Media Discussion is starting fresh, and we're keeping Artistic Showcase seperate. We'll give it a month and see how everything goes. Hopefully all goes well.

Exactly. There aren't many new posts in there that often, but what do you expect, people don't make new sigs every day. Having 'media' posts in there will just flood it and peoples posts about sigs will just sink to the bottom and noone will see them.

Have it say MMA in the forum description next to WWE, TNA.

Also since it would take up too much space to have them why don't we put directories in the Media section for lyrics for different kinds of music. I'll do it if no one else wants to.
