hotspots

i have seen youtube videos of people using a hotspot to do a diving elbow from the top rope onto someone on the announce table, i tried it and all i can do is chock them with the cord

can someone help me figure out how to do this and also what other hotspot features have you found

build up a special, put your opponent ON the table and press LB or L1 (360/ps2)
