So, it appears we have a new admin at ST. Yep. Everyone congratulate Aerofreak to the new administration team. Sorry Jitz. I really thought you were finally going to be honored with an admin spot this time.

Anyway, you would think something of this caliber would be mentioned by an authority such as Paul or Supa. But I guess they like surprises. Well. I found out.

So please, Supa and Paul, please fill us in on what influenced your decision. What made Jitz get passed up yet again?

I apologize if this topic seems rude. But this whole situation doesn't seem to make much sense to me. No disrespect is intended towards Aerofreak at all. I hope he understands that. I just simply want some answers.

Everyone is a fucking nobody compared to Jitz. He's deserved an admin spot way longer than Aerofreak. Or anyone else for that matter.

No offence to Aerofreak, but he doesn't deserve to be Admin. He just doesn't deserve it.

The Admins have always looked over the logical candidate when they made Admins. Matt, Supa and Reco, George (xeorix), were all illogical appointments that just makes the rest of the board resent the appointment, even if Aerofreak in this instance, has done nothing wrong.

I think the fact that Chris/Jitz is more popular than Paul was a major factor in this decision.

I'm not saying that because he game me my spot back, I'm saying it because he runs this place Once you guys have your own message board you can admin who you, when you want, why you want and not have to explain yourself.

With that being said, a post would have been nice as opposed to hearing it from Iain.

tell you what guys, i wasnt expecting this, and to be honest, if you are willing to take it up with whoever, i have no problem going back to being just a mod. that said, i've cleaned up my act since that email ming, i believe it was the point in that email, to see if ppl would sort out what they where doing.

with that said, keep your complaints to PMs, slag me to the death if you want in them, but all this fighting between mods etc is rediculous, 2 topics in a week, come on guys, we're better than that.

and i'll repeat again - if me being an admin is causing such big problems then i'll step down, just stop this public attack on other mods.

Aero noone is slagging you off, we are slagging Don off because he has just made the worst reply ever in a topic. I have nothing against you, the appointment just makes no sense. And I don't see why Jitz wasn't made admin. He is who everyone wants, whom everyone respects, has knowledge of running forums, knows everyone here, and has been here for 6 years.

Paul once again fails to see the point. Now with the remodding of Don however, I just think he has lost the plot.

also, there is no public attack on other mods. its a public attack against don. up til like yesterday, don wasnt even a mod, so as far as the majority is concerned, hes still a regular member.

also, if you're willing to step down, please do so. just make sure you admin jitz first.
