So my knee has been bothering me for a while now. all over jumping into a hole at the beach in the fetal position, aka a cannon ball. I was being an idiot and didn't relize there was only 4-5 inches of water in the hole. So now im debating over going to the doctor for this, which i guess i should because its been huting since august. Any suggestions?
