Fat Characters

I'm making Mark Henry and i can't find anyone who will help me so i was wondering if anyone could just make his body or tell me how to make fat characters.

to make fat characters u have to make them tall and then u have to put the chest and waist as wide as u can.Then make the arms wide and all
