The way to do this is take the joker code and pair it with the Rule modifier codes for the Buried Alive match. If you were to assign R1 & O to activate this, you hold R1 & O as the match is loading. I did this while playing a 1 on 2 match. You also want to choose the Survivor Series arena, because that's the only stage it will appear on.
