Use this during a Royal Rumble, & when you press L3, you & anyone else will be able to go to the outside of the ring. While the Royal Rumble is off, no one will come down to the ring wia the Royal Rumble counter. Press R3 to reactivate the Royal Rumble, but make sure you are in the ring when doing so, or you'll be eliminated from the match.
