First off...the mask.Like you said,the mask isn't perfect.Vader's mask looks like this..

As you can see,it needs to be on his chin and head as well.And a "V" logo in between his eyes.I reccomend(sp) doing over the mask and using the picture I provided as a guide.

I can't really see by the pics.But I hoped you put a beard for him.

His form is also off.You need to make him bigger.Vader was fat.Really fat.His face needs to be bigger and fatter as well.

You got his attire wrong too.Check it

You gave him a generic red attire.With no logo.AGain,do over using the pic as a guide.
