eXileFedOwner Posted September 17, 2003 Posted September 17, 2003 Here are some Running Counter move values that I didn't see on the lists yet. 156E-157B ARE ALL NOT USED 157C=Shoulder Back Toss (this one IS already on the list) 157D=Knee Smash (can't remember if it's #1 or #2) 157F=Powerslam 1581=Drop Toe Hold 1582=Spinebuster 2 1583=Whirl Sideslam 1584=Pulling Walk Slam Pin 1586-1588 ARE NOT USED 1589=Tazz Belly to Belly 158A-1591 ARE NOT USED 1592=Arm Drag 5 1595=Flapjack 1 (Farewell) 1596=Sleeper (nice for anyone wanting to create Piper or Beefcake) 1597=Whirl Backbreaker 159D=Hip Toss 2 159E=Powerslam Pin (nice for anyone wanting to make classic Ron Simmons) 15A0=Arm Drag 6 (Japanese Armdrag) 15A1 IS NOT USED 15A4=Shoulder Back Toss 3 15A6=Shoulder Back Toss 4 15A7=Flapjack 3 15A8-15B9 ARE ALL NOT USED So, there you have it 17 (not including Shoulder Back Toss 1, which was already on the list) NEW Running Counter move values... I'm desperately trying to find the Running Counter Bear Hug Front Slam and the Running Counter Flashback, and that's why I started this...but thus far, no luck... Also, there are a total of 11 Running Counter moves that are still missing values...Here they are for anyone who wants to try and find them: Bear Hug Front Slam Edge Spear Flapjack 1 Flapjack and Dropkick Flashback Half Nelson Face Buster Hip Toss 2 Hurracanrana Pin 2 Knee Smash (whichever other one I'm missing) Kurt Angle German Suplex Triple H Spinebuster Finally, is anyone ever going to consolidate all of the values into one post and add it to the archives? Psycosmack Posted September 17, 2003 Posted September 17, 2003 Edge spears is the move value that I want for Goldberg...Great Work man! Quote
tokidoim Posted September 17, 2003 Posted September 17, 2003 All those were found, you just weren't looking in the right place. I personally went through EVERY value from 1000-1A00 ( and then some ) and posted all my findings. The values you're looking for can all be found in the thread " Da Move List " . Take note that some of the values will be under Ready Front Grapples. They use the same values for moves which can be used as both Front Grapples & Counter Grapples. nosig Quote
eXileFedOwner Posted September 18, 2003 Author Posted September 18, 2003 My bad...It's kinda hard to know which values have and have not been found when there are at least half a dozen different posts for move lists...At least now, I'll know where to begin looking...Although, it would STILL be nice if it were to be added to the archives for quick and easy reference. Question: You said that the same value is used for some moves that are available as ready front grapples and running moves...Does that mean that if you set up a finisher with one of those values, you'll be able to do it in both situations? Or would it only be available as a ready grapple? I'd like to give Ron Simmons a Bear Hug Front Slam as a finisher (I've never in my life seen him use a Double Powerbomb as a finisher) but the standing version doesn't look anywhere near as good as the Running Counter version. thekosmicfool Posted September 18, 2003 Posted September 18, 2003 yeah, thekosmicfool has set some running counters as specials, and they just become front grapples. now, thekosmicfool would like to set the powerslam pin as goldusts special. but it will just be a front groggy. is there any way to make it a running counter special? tokidoim Posted September 18, 2003 Posted September 18, 2003 As far as I know, you can't set any moves as specials that aren't in the Menu list of Special moves. When I tried, I never got the Smackdown Situation Icon, so I couldn't do the move. Let me know if I'm wrong. nosig Quote
TheRob Posted September 18, 2003 Posted September 18, 2003 I set the Shining Elbow Drop 4 as my CAWs second special, and that's normally not a selectable move. It works perfectly for me. Quote
thekosmicfool Posted September 19, 2003 Posted September 19, 2003 (edited) yes, but its move TYPE is in the list (ground head grapple). like, you can set the shining elbow as a special, because there are other specials done from that position(peoples elbow, sleeper hold, lionsault, ultimate knee attack, etc.) and since their arent any specials you can do from the running counter position, you cant get smackdown to flash if you DO set a move from that position. which kind of sucks, since the scrapbuster pin would be a much better special if you could. anway, if you use a code to set the jumping tornado ddt as your special, will it now work as a running grapple special, since you CAN have running grapple specials? cause usually its just a front grapple special.
