In the limited time I've had to test on that, the changes don't stick/save. This has to do with 2k breaking the previous "save all" option we used to know and love for this purpose and I haven't had time to run traces between 2k24 and 2k25 code to try and find and re-activate that save all feature 2k broke or hid on purpose this year. That'll be a massive undertaking and require many hours of debugging between both games. One of the other tools other people make for this game might be a better bet since I think some of those tools can edit files such as the hidden attributes way better than CE can do by itself. It's looking really bad this year, but I haven't totally given up yet so maybe we'll get lucky and I'll find a breakthrough that CE can handle.

They are the arenas converted from SVR 08 For SVR 09 this is because if it is imported without modifications the crowd will not appear and instead we will have an arena with an empty public, this problem happens on the PS2 and Next Gen consoles, there is a topic with the arenas converted from SVR 07 and 08 but for the Xbox 360 version, well here I decided to do the same with the PS2, on the PSP it works directly without the need for conversion.
