Judders
Kim666 is back with a work around to unlock the WWE2K14 save so it is not locked to the system, allowing us to transfer the save to and from the PS3. 1. Dowload this rar archive http://www.sendspace.com/file/dvghv4 and extract it, you get a Directory called "Save Game Tools". 2. Create a new User Account on your PS3 or use an Account WITHOUT a WWE2K14 SAVE, create a SaveGame with a game without save protection and copy that SaveGame to a usb stick/hdd. Don't use your main Account or your Main WWE2k14 SaveGame gets overwritten. 3. Connect your usb stick/hhd to your PC and search for the Directory "PS3/SAVEDATA" there you will find another Directory (the name depends on the Game you used) search there for the File "PARAM.SFO". Copy & Paste in your "Save Game Tools" Directory and rename it to "template.sfo" 4. launch "ResignEU.bat" for EU or "ResignUS.bat" for US 5. copy "BLES01937_SAVE" (for EU) or BLUS31277_SAVE (for US) to your usb stick/hdd in the folder "PS3/SAVEDATA" 6. Start your PS3 with your usb stick/hdd connected and restore the Savegame 7. Load WWE2K14 This method will hopefully allow us to once again use textures, but this is still being looked into. It appears as if they've encrypted it this year using zlib. More info when we get it... Many Thanks to flatz from ps3hax for creating this savegame resigner. Judders
It will be unlocked for US, it's a case of him getting his hands on a US save. Also in other news, it appears that the CAWs are individual files this year instead of one big 3gb monstrosity.
tekken57
the zlib compression is not a trainsmash. It's the actual superstar/caw data in the save that's also compressed/encrypted somehow. Edited October 28, 2013 by tekken57

MrRonald2796
Do the unlocked save gets locked again if you download CAWs/create arenas like last year?
Judders
No idea, haven't been able to test it fully yet.
valleyflyin
So I tried this. It works with one user, but does not transfer over to my main account. It's only been a week, so I might overwrite it anyway for the ability to backup my file. I lost my whole save for WWE12 and just the backing up my save alone is worth it. I downloaded a CAW and a CAA on another user and transferred the file to the same user on my second PS3 and the CAW and CAA were both there. Pale Gribble
This may sound like a silly question, but bare with me since I'm new to both the site and trying to use codes for the PS3 (went through so much effort modding things for Smackdown HCTP and 2006), but is this the thing to modify features on the game?
Judders
This would be needed if/when a save game editor is made, and to import paint tool files (if that ever gets figured out). You will not be able to modify the in game wrestlers with anything you find in the modding section without a jailbroken PS3.

You will not be able to modify the in game wrestlers with anything you find in the modding section without a jailbroken PS3. Thanks for clarifying. Question do you think any of the following codes will be available: - Moveset codes. My brother did some modding recently for wwe 12 and told me he can unlock the wrestlers, but not their moveset. Sucks to have moves we can't have access to but sucks even more to cough out an extra $20 for a few moves attached to folks like Warrior, Steiner, Langston, etc. Also want to assign certain moves as sig/finisher. Seriously why isn't that non bridging powerbomb only a regular attack? Do they expect us to give everyone who has a powerbomb as a sig/finisher the jacknife? - Change female weight. Planning to make women who are blatant heavyweight+. WWE's sexist standards will not do. I assuem gender mod is a given to be there. - Unlock hidden moves. Hoping there's a doubleteam powerbomb somewhere. Seriously why isn't this move in the game when it's one of the most common doubleteam moves, they had it in past games and three wrestlers (the Shield) been using a team powerbomb as a finisher for the past year? - Change CAW height. Long shot here, but anyway to make CAWs who are as short as 3ft or as tall as 8ft? Brother and I are planning our own wrestling history with memorable CAWs from N64 to current and one was 7'11 from N64 days and another was from Smackdown Shut you Mouth where we made an alien that we stretched out and he was like 8 ft tall. Looked funny when he gave people rock bottom and he wraps his arm around their heads and they try and steal his move and wrap their arms around his waist.
