I'll not answer how to put in-game and replying to questions about it.

This is just an New Project that I decided to start. Gonna be uploading some similar WWE'13 Renders and will be doing or just converting some Titantrons just to already use in-game, saving labor and time.

I'll be accepting contributions with only Titantrons, and those that already are converted and with a SlotList.

Major Thanks for BrienJ, for his amazing and xtremely useful Tools.

I think that I wasn't that clear... I'll only doing the effect in photos to looks like the render.... I'll not inject them (Gonna have to wait BrienJ release the program and somebody to inject and fix this to you).

And about the Titantron, yes dude, HQ are ALWAYS welcome

Ok and thanks about the TitanTron. So are the renders that you upload the right size for the render?

I really doubt the program is going to be released at this point. I can count on my fingers the number of people that use WWE13, that could even use the program, and uploading it, just so 100+ people download it, when only 2 of those people can even use it, is asking for nothing but headaches on stupid questions asking why it doesn't work.

I didn't make add the effect i just make it bigger more HD for HotavioH to make it for you.
