Edit March 7th: If you already downloaded the 1.22 60FPS but the second option refused to click because it had a ?? in the value column, please go re-download from the link in this thread to get the fixed copy! March 6th:  Good news my peeps, I just added that muhfuggin 60FPS control to the 1.22 cheat table!  Oooooh yeah!  Grab it now and you'll see TWO options right near the top for FPS.  Simply follow the steps or click "table extras" in the lower right corner of CE for exact instructions
