Option 1: The Collegiate Athlete (With choices of sport like Baseball, Basketball, Wrestling, North American Football, Track, Rugby, Soccer/Football, etc....)———For simplicity sake I’ll go over how things could go from here as a Collegiate Wrestler of relative normal size.

As the story begins your CAW has just got done winning the NCAA Championship for your weight division and are sitting alone in your locker room after the coaches and other wrestlers left allowing a moment alone with your new found trophy. You had done it, you won the NCAA Championship, your goal for college sports has been met and you’re not even a senior yet, you start that next semester, when you hear a knock on your door. You think nothing of it as you tell the person they can come in when you get the surprise of a lifetime when your visitor isn’t someone you knew personally but it’s WWE Hall of Famer Gerald Brisco.

Brisco congratulates you on your victory and informs you that he has been brought back into the WWE as a talent scout and he saw your match and says he believes you have the stuff to make it in ProWrestling. Of course you have questions but he answers them quickly too pointing out many former WWE Superstars, Champions and Hall of Famers are former Collegiate Athletes themselves. He lists the likes of Brock Lesnar, Shelton Benjamin, Dolph Ziggler, Kurt Angle, Bob Backlund, and of course he and his older brother as well Jack Brisco.

He explains that the WWE now has a special program to help train college athletes for a career in the ring called the NIL Program. And he believes it would be a good idea to sign an NIL Contract so that you could train while you finish going to school. But he also says if you believe you need to concentrate your efforts on one goal at a time then he understands and a Performance Center contract might be available once you are done with school, either way the choice is yours to make. If you choose to wait and to sign an PC Contract than your journey in the WWE will begin later but you also have chance to be more than a collegiate athlete. As what you really have are 3 options. NIL Program Contract, PC Contract, post Olympics Contract as before you make your decision you get a text from the Olympic Team Coach offering you a chance at a spot on the team.

Now let’s continue the story based on the idea that you signed a NIL contract. For the sake of the games let’s say after you sign the contract you get to decide who‘s training camp you want to join. Your choice helps to decide what your wrestling style will at least start off being.

Your Choices would be,A. Kurt Angle’s Olympic Gym (Technical, High Flyer)B. Brisco Body’s Workshop (Tag Team, Technical)C. Backlund’s All American Wrestling School (Well Rounded)D. Benjamin’s Gold Standard (Charisma, Technical)E. Ron Simmons’ Damn Good School (Powerhouse, Technical)F. The Funking Dojo (Hardcore/Brawling, Technical)

Your choice not only gives you a boost in the stats mentioned but you get access to moves that would fall into those categories. They also unlock different Hall of Famers, Superstar variants, etc, based on your choice and you would also interact with them during your early stages of your career as you train at their schools. They also will play a part into how you make your debut on WWE TV once your training is finished.

Once you are finished with your training your coach informs you where you will be making your debut. If you are successful in completing the tasks they give your during training then you can skip the NXT brands all together BUT they do reinforce an idea they have constantly try to tell you during your training, that there is no better coach than experience and that NXT might be a good idea. But if you had failed enough tasks then they will inform you that NXT is your only option.

Either way from here on out your interactions with other Superstars, trainees, etc.... will be impacted by your choices and so will the commentary you will hear along your journey in the WWE.

______________________________________________________________________________________________________

Option 2: Wrestling Family Connection———With this option you get to create a Superstar that is either a 2nd, 3rd, or even 4th Generation Wrestler. You come from a Wrestling Family that either has a history with the WWE or just within the Industry and maybe you are the first to make it to the WWE. Either way you get to choose which generation and possibly even choose which wrestling family you have a connection with with potential choices like;

A. The Funk FamilyB. The Von Erich FamilyC. The Hart FamilyD. The Finlay FamilyE. The Mysterio FamilyF. The Garza FamilyG. The Taylor Family (Dave Taylor comes from a wrestling family too)H. The Orton FamilyI. The Hickenbottom/Michaels FamilyJ. The Helmsley FamilyK. The Calloway FamilyL. The Jarrett FamilyM. The White FamilyN. The Anderson FamilyO. The Armstrong FamilyP. The Flair FamilyQ. The Anoa’i FamilyR. The DeBiase FamilyS. The Killings FamilyT. The Graham FamilyU. The Dudley FamilyV. The Rogers FamilyW. The Putski FamilyX. The Valiant FamilyY. The Foley FamilyZ. The Vachon Familyetc....

This of course now means you have a unique connection to any Superstar in the game from said family and even more potential rivals and challenges along your way. The fans are expecting big things from you right from the first moment they see you in the ring and you will always be compared to earlier generations in your family.

For example let’s say you are the child of Shawn Michaels and are trying to make a name for yourself in the industry. But you also take heed to your father’s advice and decide to first get some work on the INDYs before trying for the WWE just so you can get some experience in front of a live crowd.

So after completing your training in your father’s private ring on your family property you go off working events in small towns. Wrestling some random original creations of 2Ks along the way. It’s on the INDYs where you encounter some of legends that your father wrestled in his career for the first time. (Each family has a slight different story experience in this area), first you encounter Sean Waltman backstage. You of course recognize him and treat him almost like an uncle. And he gives you his thoughts on the match you just had. If you won he gives you praise, but if you lost he mentions that you need more experience.

The next person you encounter is Marty Jannetty. You’re unsure how to treat him but you do act polite out of respect to his seniority and status as a Legend. He suggests that you two should team up in a sort of Rockers Reunion type of thing for the local fans. Your decision will have ramifications later on in your career. Either way Marty Jannetty will return in your story, either as a friend or as an enemy, either way he will come with his own child as he manages them and helps them in their career.

The next person you encounter in your career is Triple H as he says he has kept tabs on you with scouts and says he feels you are ready for NXT. And he offers you a contract. By this point you have been on the INDYs for 5 years and feel there is nothing else you can learn at that level so you agree and your WWE career now begins on the Black and Gold.

(After you completed this you'll get a second family unlocked option)

______________________________________________________________________________________________________

3. INDY Star:——— You‘re starting off your MyRise as an INDY star of similar preWWE status as guys like Kevin Owens, Seth Rollins, Sami Zayn, etc.... had. You have been wrestling now for about 10 years and you feel like you have figured things out. You are already a big name in your mind and it’s only a matter of time before you get to the WWE and your fans reinforce this idea by constantly asking when will they sign you.

For the past 5 years you have been a big part of the revived Southpaw Regional Wrestling territory in its current INDY Promotion stage of existence. You are even the SRW Heavyweight Champion while they are on the cusp of reinvention again to become a true contender in the promotion wars with a National TV Deal and their first PLE/PPV overseas. And on top of all of that your contract is about to expire and you have 3 months to decide if you want to re-sign or try your luck going to Japan, Mexico, or even somewhere in Europe to gain new experiences and potentially make you even more of an asset to the WWE. The SRW contract in your possession says it’s only for 2 more years to boot. So either decision you think you have to make would only be for the relative short term.

You decide to wait till the last second to make your decision so that way a potential WWE contract could find its way to you. Over the course of these next few months you have several matches against SRW wrestlers, even a Legend once or twice but no contract opportunity from the WWE arrives BUT you do get a shock as you see Jim Cornette backstage talking to everyone. It doesn’t take long for him to notice you have noticed him so he walks over with a smile on his face as he congratulates you on everything you have done so far. He does mention he doesn’t work for the WWE or anyone else for that matter, he was just here to see some old friends from the office as you are in Louisville for a local show. But he does mention that while he doesn’t work for the WWE he does know people that do and he mentions that you are on their radar. He also knows who you will be defending the Championship against of the big show coming up. He won’t spoil who it is but he does give you a hint that depending on how well you do a contract offer may be sent you way and he also mentions while other opportunities may also be available, he does say that with the way the WWE is now, you will be able to make more money for the rest of your career if you are just patient and let the WWE come to you.

After this encounter you have a match at the show and get attacked by someone in a black hoody laying you out. They shortly reveal their face and its The Franchise Shane Douglas. He grabs your Championship belt and cuts the following promo. “I hope everyone gets a good long look at this Championship and the letter SRW. Because after The Bash in Berlin in the next two weeks this Championship will be mine, and not only that! But the Championship will be rechristened The World Extreme Champions and SRW will die as XCW rises and the Land of Extreme will be reborn!”

It doesn’t take long for you to recover in the back but you are visited by Jim Cornette again and before you could even asks he denies having anything to do with Douglas’ attack on you. But he does offer to manager you at The Bash in Berlin if for no other reason than to prevent another ECW from killing something that could have been great.

The following week the match gets set, You vs Shane Douglas but a twist occurs as Fit Finlay gets announced as the Special Referee so that way the referee would be as impartial as possible.

After the match if you win Finlay tells you to not sign any contracts just yet, he liked what he saw as the referee and believes you are ready for the WWE. He’s going to get the office to send you a contract ASAP, but until you get it don’t sign with anyone else, try to get a handshake deal with SRW’s promoter and explain to him what is going on. Honesty will be your friend here. But if you lose Finlay suggests you get more seasoning on you. Maybe another two years of it as a sort of hint to re-sign and learn from opponents like Shane Douglas and any other former ECW wrestlers you may encounter.

Either outcome you will eventually make it to the WWE but one makes the journey longer but you do get the chance to encounter more Legends as the trade off.

______________________________________________________________________________________________________

4. International Superstar:———You are a well known wrestler on the international scene. You’re not just some INDY talent. You are a journeyman with your own legacy already established. Think of talent like AJ Styles, Shinsuke Nakamura, Karl Anderson, Luke Gallows, Asuka, etc...

You are the current reigning World Champion of a major promotion in Japan. Now while normally you would do everything you could to promote your Promotion and Championship but the news has broken of a major event taking place in Japan, but it’s not an event from your Promotion, it’s a WWE PLE/PPV. The Royal Rumble will be taking place in Tokyo, Japan.

So you hatch a plan to make a statement to the world. While as the reigning World Champion of Global ProWrestling, of GPW, you will enter the Royal Rumble as a surprise entrant and win the match and get the Main Event Championship Match at WrestleMania against the Tribal Chief Roman Reigns and become the next WWE Universal World Heavyweight Championship on the grandest stage of them all.

Now the only question is, will you be alone? Or, would you bring friends to take down the entire Bloodline and everything that represents the WWE, the one promotion that told you you would never put butts in seats when you did a try out so many years ago.

its time to start the next invasion and to challenge the WWE in a way it never was before, by both younger talent and Legends alike. You will lead the charge and it all starts at the Royal Rumble, but first you need to convince people to join you in your efforts.

You have the time, the Royal Rumble isn’t for a full 6 months. And you know you will encounter plenty of people you could potential convince, from legends like Jesse Ventura, The Headbangers, One Man Gang, TAKA Michinoku, Norman Smiley, Konnan, Chavo Guerrero, etc... and of course others like you who want to prove the WWE wrong about your value.

So over the course of the next few months, you wrestle your matches, defend your championship, and do everything you can to create your army for your invasion plans. And you get your chance at being a surprise entrants and you take it. So the only question now is........will you succeed?

______________________________________________________________________________________________________

5. Legend:———You aren’t a young wrestler in their prime trying to make a name for yourself. Your name is well established at this point as you have wrestled everywhere there is to except for one place, the WWE.

Fans speak of Dream matches you could have with the bigger names in the WWE. They dream about you finally getting a WrestleMania match against people like Edge, Roman Reigns, Kane, Shawn Michaels, Stone Cold Steve Austin, Undertaker, AJ Styles, Triple H, etc..... even if they have been retired for some time, they still dream about a one off match, the special attraction match at WrestleMania that could steel the show.

You know you still have a chance at a run before retirement but the only question is, will the WWE be willing to offer you a contract before you retire. You give yourself 5 to 10 years more of being an active wrestler before having to retire. So the only thing you can do now is to continue doing your thing, accepting bookings across the globe and wrestle the best there is to offer.

Your first stop is at a small show taking place in a baseball stadium and you’re up against the tag team of Hacksaw Jim Duggan and Tito Santana, and teaming up with you is one of the area’s local homegrown wrestlers early in their career. Someone who has just signed a developmental deal with the WWE.

Instances like this continue for several months as you encounter both Legends you have shared the ring with before and younger talent that were WWE bound. You don’t know it but it’s your attitude with the younger talent that winds up deciding on when or even if you will be contacted by the WWE.

While they know you are good, they just don’t know how you are in the locker rooms as you have had bad incidents in your younger days when you were just beginning and they don’t want any of that in their locker rooms now.

Assuming you try to teach the younger guys how to do things and you kept your cool for about 70% of the time the WWE will contact you and offer you a spot and a chance to showcase your skills on National AND more importantly Global Television for the first time in years.

You will make your debut the day after the Royal Rumble getting to confront a talent that just got done announcing their retirement as they have nothing else to prove, Randy Orton. When you make your entrance you get to choose if you will show respect or disrespect to Orton as you present a challenge to him. One last match, but this time against a Legend he hasn’t encountered yet in you. And you want it at WrestleMania.

this triggers the first feud/rivalry you will have in the WWE and mark the beginning of the end of your own career as you start to count down the days, weeks, months, and bumps as you do what you can to extend your career and make the most of your time in the WWE, your Legend isn’t over just yet and YOU will get to choose how you go out and hopefully how the fans will remember you.

______________________________________________________________________________________________________

6. Hardcore Icon:———You are slightly different from the usual INDY talent and other International Superstars. Sure you’re well know the world over by wrestling fans BUT you are known for being a Hardcore or Deathmatch wrestler. Someone who would never succeed in a place like the WWE even if you were to get a contract opportunity. So you go on with your career believing it will never happen. You continue your career path as if there is no WWE to ascend to having matches with younger talent like yourself as well as the occasional Legend looking to make a quick buck, Legends like Sabu, Sandman, Rhyno, Tommy Dreamer, etc.... but who really surprises you are Legends like David Arquette (I know, it’s based on how the games would classify him), The Nasty Boys, Steve Blackman, Raven, and even The Steiner Brothers become opponents of yours at one point.

The biggest surprise is yet to come as you eventually encounter Christopher Joseph Parks aka Abyss at one of your shows. You get reminded that it shouldn’t be a surprise as you are in Florida right now for a show and that despite being known as a Hardcore or Deathmatch guy you have been on the WWE’s radar.

Abyss mentions that he wants to offer you a contract for NXT, and he wants you to bring your harder hitting style to the WWE. He mentions that the other coaches agree that the WWE needs someone with a dangerous edge to them again on their roster. The current era of the WWE needs it’s new Mick Foley, the era’s next Bruiser Brody, it’s next Abdullah the Butcher, etc.... It needs someone to be that indestructible element of danger and they feel that you are it.

They just need you to prove it on NXT first. So the choice is yours, will you accept what could be your only shot at the WWE or will you turn down the offer believing you can now reach that goal through other means?

______________________________________________________________________________________________________

7. Pro Athlete Background:——— You aren’t like the rest of your friends, you were never a fan of ProWrestling growing up and you barely paid attention to it, sure you know of the biggest names in the industry like Hulk Hogan, Randy Savage, Stone Cold, The Rock, The Undertaker, etc.... but otherwise you have no idea who anyone is.

You were too busy concentrating on your dream of being one of the best in your sport, let’s say Basketball for this example, and you are currently in a hospital bed thinking about your decisions in life up to that point, including the moment that caused your current predicament. You are contemplating on what to do next as the doctors have performed surgery on your knee earlier in the day and you were told you were going to have to seriously consider retirement as it was unlikely you would ever get back on the court and play at a competitive level again.

When suddenly a story pops on the TV in your room that catches your attention. It’s a story on The Rock and how an injury stop his pursuit of a career in football but eventually led to his career in the WWE. And the story didn’t stop at just The Rock. They also mentioned Hacksaw Jim Duggan, Marcus Cor Von, Brian Pillman, Vader, Ernie Ladd, Bill Goldberg, etc... sure not all of them switched due to injury, and all of them were from Football and not your career as a Basketball player but it was all that was needed to plant the idea into your head.

If your pro Basketball career is over then maybe you can continue to make the kind of money you are used to with a career in the WWE. The only question is, where to go to learn how to do that stuff?

Luckily your agent was in the room with you trying to ask you want you want to do going forward and even more so, he knows who to call for the information, as he is also Baron Corbin’s agent.

After a quick phone call you get the following advice from your agent, recover from your surgery and make a call to a recommended doctor for your rehab as well. From there you should make a call to the Performance Center and speak with Albert/Matt Bloom to begin your training.

The only question now is, will you turn out like the greats of the past or will you just wind up as a trivia question answer as a footnote?

______________________________________________________________________________________________________

8. Giant:———Quite simply you are an unusual specimen of a person. Taller than most people on the planet there aren’t many normal options for a career for you that you would be comfortable with so you chose the only option you had available to you in your mind, you’re a bouncer or a security guard at a club in Minnesota.

Sure you get paid well and the job is easy but there’s just something about it that is just not fulfilling enough for you. You’re bored beyond belief most days and only find any real joy in the job when you DO need to do something besides intimidate people with your size.

This goes on for some time unfortunately until you run into Greg Gagne. Upon seeing you do your job he asks for you to sit with him as he enjoys his drink while watching TV.

Your boss tells you to take a break and join Gagne in one of the private rooms in the back, it turns out your boss is an old friend of the Gagne family and you’re pretty sure he knows why Greg Gagne is there for some reason.

Once you and Greg Gagne are in the private room he turns the TV back on and for once you can make out that what’s on the TV is an older sporting event, seeing your intrigued look at the program Greg Gagne simply smiles and says, “Its an old AWA show. The American Wrestling Association. It was my father’s ProWrestling Promotion back in the day. The show on now is from ‘87. It was when I won the AWA International Television Championship from Adrian Adonis. I have more of the shows on tape back home but this is one I have on loan here.”

You nod and of course respond accordingly but the question remains, “So why did you want to speak with me?”

Greg laughs and smiles liking that you got straight to the point and says, “I have been thinking of starting up a wrestling school. My family still has the old AWA ring, and when I heard of you I had to see you for myself. I think you might have what it takes to make it in the business. And I want to offer you a chance to be my first student. What do you say? Want to give it a shot? I mean, it’s bound to be better than what you are doing now. And hey before you say anything, several ProWrestlers started off the same as you, Scott Hall, The Road Warriors, Rick Rude, etc....”

While you aren’t aware as to who the names you just heard belonged to you do figure Greg Gagne was right about one thing, this is sure to be better than what you are doing now. So you agree to the training offer and begin your journey of your WWE bound career.

During your training with Greg Gagne, and eventually some fellow would be trainers, you do compliment your training by watching old AWA shows to help learn some of the finer aspects of being a ProWrestling. After a year and a half of training and studying old AWA tapes you graduate from Greg Gagne’s school and begin your journey on the INDY scene. But due to your large size and skills you gain a quick reputation of being a skilled worker and you become someone on WWE’s radar and are approached by Matt Bloom/Albert, another big man, and you get offered a contract for NXT.

You ask if you could run the contract offer by someone you trust before agreeing and Albert likes your response and says sure. You run the offer by Greg Gagne as he trained you and he tells you to accept the offer telling you that if there was anything you didn’t know yet you would learn what that is in due time through the WWE and he wishes you the best of luck as well.

With your concerns addressed you accept the offer and begin your WWE career much sooner than you ever thought you would. The only question now is, will your impact in the WWE be as large as you are?

______________________________________________________________________________________________________

Option 9: Lucha Superstar

You are a superstar of the current generation of Lucha Libre, a masked wrestler known all over the Latin American wrestling scene AND elsewhere as well. You have been more than simply a rising star for the last few years, you have become one of the main eventers in your promotion and have been seeking something different, a new challenge so to speak, but the only question is, what is that new challenge?

You wind up defending the No Limit Wrestling Championship (Campeonato de Lucha Líbre Sin Límite for Spanish if Google translate is correct lol), against wrestling legend Último Dragón one week and then Super Caló the next. You even team up with Psicosis and Juventud Guerrera to face Rey Misterio Sr, Super Crazy, and one of your own rivals too in traditional Lucha 6 man tag team match rules.

It’s this match that leads to a potential new stage for your career. Rey Misterio Sr liked what you did in the match and explains that he also liked what he has seen so far from you. And he explains he has an offer for you. Agree to wrestle an opponent of his choice and he will send a tape of your last match to his nephew to give to the WWE office to get a look at what you can do. He explains he sees the longing for something more in your eyes and he believes this could be your chance to do something not only new, but something on a larger stage.

You are of course curious to know who he has in mind but he refuses to answer saying it’s better if it’s a surprise. Depending on what your choice is will determine how long it takes for you to get the WWE. Agreeing can get you there sooner but refusing will take you longer.

Assuming you agree then Rey Misterio Sr smiles and tells you he will set everything up for you. You aren’t even told when the match will take place so you just continue to defend your championship against veterans and modern stars (2K creations) alike over the course of the next few weeks until Rey Misterio Sr comes out to the ring after your latest match.

He tells the crowd about your agreement, at least the agreeing to a match part, and he also congratulates you on your latest Championship Defense. It’s shortly after this that he announces to the crowd and yourself who your opponent will be. It’s at this moment Rey Mysterio comes out in classic Misterio Jr gear. Mysterio grabs the mic from his uncle and explains the match will be what the WWE calls an Ironman Match. And it WILL be for your NLW Championship Belt and that he intends to not only win the Championship but to bring it to the WWE and defend it at WrestleMania, and with his schedule should he win, the fans will have to wait a long time to see their championship again.

So now the setting has been set, at your next major show at the end of the month, you will have to defend the NLW Championship against Rey Mysterio in an Ironman Match and the pressure is on like never before. So the question now is asked, will you be the savior of the NLW or will you let it down.........and possibly lose your right to your mask by your own proclamation from earlier in your reign, which the promoter is all too eager to remind you of.

So now how the rest of your career as a masked wrestler is on the line as well for real for the first time. How will your career go from here? Will you be able to defeat Rey Mysterio? Or will you lose both your mask and your Championship to the WWE Superstar?

______________________________________________________________________________________________________

Background 10. Entertainment (Actors, Stunt Doubles, Dare Devils, Dancers, Musicians, YouTubers, etc....)

———Here the background is simple enough. Entertainment, the E in WWE. Not purely without merit, would Be wrestlers with these backgrounds would have more natural charisma, and depending on what field of entertainment, better footwork, balance, and more pain/damage resistance as well when compared to most.

And on top of that, it’s not like there haven’t been at least a couple of Superstars whom came from this world, The Miz and now Logan Paul being the bigger examples. But most are flashes in the pan, from Mr. T to Stephen Amel and others. So as you sit at home wondering what is your next big move in entertainment your agent arrives with some surprising news.

The WWE will be doing another Tough Enough contest during the summer, the only catch this time, is that it’s exclusive to people within the Entertainment industry as a tie in with SummerSlam and this year’s host, The Rock, new movie premiere as well.

Now you are curious about the competition, at first dismissing it, until you hear that the winner gets a guaranteed audition for a role in a future movie starring The Rock as well as the usual WWE contract, and it’s this movie opportunity that catches your attention. So you ask your agent, “How do we get in on this?”

So it doesn’t take your agent long to answer and for the story to continue to the next stage of your intro to the WWE. The Tough Enough auditions. Here you will play a short series of mini games to pass the auditions and to get into the competition, where you will see other fictional celebrities created by the 2K staff, at least one of which is an actual fan of the WWE. And while you dismiss them as a threat at first, they bring up how most winners of the competition have been failures in the WWE afterwards, and for a competition like this one, that might impact your stock as an entertainer after the competition should you not have a successful time within the WWE once the one year contract is up.

The Celebrity Tough Enough Competition is your key to not only potential WWE stardom, but Hollywood stardom too, and with a big name like The Rock as a host AND judge on the show, you know your career will be either made or destroyed by this competition, so the only acceptable outcome is to win and to be the first Tough Enough winner to win big and to win big in the long run as well too.

For the next 3-4 months in game you will be given tasks to complete while you live at a beach side house with 9 other competitors. Your trainers will be Hardcore Holly, Victoria, and The Dudley Boyz. Other WWE superstars will drop in and try to pass on important lessons and hints to success from talent like The Miz, Charlotte Flair, Jinder Mahal, Drew McIntyre, Asuka, etc....

If you make it to the finals, and are playing as a male CAW, then you will have a final test as a match against a rival, the one who gave you the information at the beginning about the winners’ success rate, at SummerSlam. Win the match and you win the competition, lose and you don’t win Tough Enough, but like all previous losers you have a chance to get further training through a developmental deal, PC Deal, and it’s The Rock who tells you this too.

So now its SummerSlam and your future is in your hands. Win or lose will determine where you go from here and how long your career may be.

______________________________________________________________________________________________________

Background 11. European Superstar

———You have been in the industry for over 15 years already having started out at a younger age than most in the US. You are already a fairly big name in the European wrestling scene. You have had memorable matches against Legends like Finlay, Emile Duprée, and Robbie Brookside, as well as younger veterans like Vladimir Kozlov, René Duprée, Robért Conway, Sylvain Grenier, Drew Galloway, Walter, etc....

But now you are wondering what else were you going to do in your career. Sure you’re a big name in Europe but whenever you hear from an American fan they are always telling you that they wished they heard of you earlier as they never heard of you until they vacationed to Europe for one reason or another and it’s always the first time they ever heard of you.

So how do you make yourself into a Global name? How do you get to the next level, especially when there is no promotion that you have worked for yet or heard of with an international television presence from Europe.

Its during your current run in the UK that you finally see NXT UK and notice the WWE logos all over the place. You found your ticket to the big time, but this very same broadcast they announce that NXT UK will be closing it’s doors, BUT they also announce that they will be starting NXT Europe next year.

So now, before you had a chance to register a failed opportunity you are informed of a new one and you hatch your plan. You are going to become THE face of NXT Europe, the name that everyone must know and that everyone will associate with the brand from day 1.

Now the only question is, how to get signed to the show? Luckily a friend of yours was JUST hired to be a backstage hand working the cameras on the new show. And you find out the moment he calls you to tell you the news about his new job and the new opportunity you might have as well.

You are told to call Robbie Brookside as he will still be connected to the company and will be helping to look for new talent. So of course you call the number and are told to show up for a scouting tournament in Munich, Germany, The show won’t air on TV BUT there will be several scouts on hand to watch the tournament and based on how everyone does they will determine who gets a shot to be on NXT Europe when it starts up.

So now your path is clear, you gotta go to Germany and enter this tournament. And your personal goal is to win to show off that you are the best wrestler they could possibly sign.

In 6 months time you will compete at that tournament and do everything you can to get signed, by hook or by crook if need be.

From here, you will either get signed based on the tournament or be forced to wait till the show is about to begin and be offered a contract basically just to fill a roster slot and then have to prove yourself even more so than ever before. Either way your path to the WWE is has begun and the only question is, how smooth will the ride there be?

______________________________________________________________________________________________________

Background 12. Returning Superstar

——— That’s right, this option isn’t a MyRise as someone brand new, but as someone returning to the WWE. You have been in the developmental system before, back to the days of The Funkin‘ Dojo, OVW, DSW, and even FCW. Luckily for you, you were trying to get your start at an early age and this was why you were released from your first developmental contract after the Funkin‘ Dojo days. The Second time was after an injury sidelined you after your days in OVW and DSW. And the third was after asking for your release to take care of family matters at home.

It’s because you were not released a third time but asked for your release that you are being given this 4th and FINAL chance. Triple H respects your drive and how you put family before yourself, but they aren’t going to waste anymore time or money on you if you can’t make this run count.

You are currently signed to NXT but you need to re-earn the right to be on TV. And Triple H has given you a set of goals to accomplish before you can get there. And the trainers will inform him if you have met those goals. And on top of that, before he is done with your meeting he also mentions that there will be a timeline you need to meet these goals by too. If you can make a name of yourself in NXT, then all past tenures will be forgiven. BUT if you can’t, then you are D O N E, DONE, to the WWE and you won’t get a 5th chance.

The goals you need to meet to get to NXT TV?

Win by Submission

Win a 2/3 Falls Match

Beat a guest coach (Sean Waltman)

Beat Road Dogg Jesse James

Beat Matt Bloom in a Steel Cage Match

Beat Shawn Michaels in an Hour Long Iron Man Match

Once you can complete these goals then you get to debut on NXT TV, and at this point the story continues with not only new goals but your first set of rivalries will begin and your rivals KNOW you are on thin ice with Triple H and they will do everything they can to take you out of the competition.

So now your future lies in your hands. Will you RISE to the Challenge, or will you crumble away in defeat?

Background 13. TAG TEAM

———In this path, you create not just yourself but your tag team partner too. You could choose to be friends or siblings, or cousins, or some other relation to each other too before the story begins, let’s assume you’re friends in this instance.

You and your tag team partner have been wrestling for a few years now and are wondering what should your next career move be. The two of you are currently working the INDY scene having matches against other young tag teams (2K creations), and veterans alike. Veterans like The Headbangers, Deuce N’ Domino, La Resistance, Alex Wright & Disco Inferno, The Fabulous Ones, The Heavenly Bodies, The Steiner Brothers, etc.... in all sorts of venues, from. Ball Parks, Amusement Parks, Beaches, Bingo Halls, Sportitariums, etc....And the two of you can’t help but muse that there are so many tag teams out there but they never get the spotlight they deserve on the big stage anymore.

The two of you can’t name one tag team outside of The New Day and The Usos that were treated like a real tag team in the WWE when you hear a cough from behind you. Behind you listening to you two is Chad Gable and Otis. They introduce themselves and inform you that they are there as a favor to the promoter and they have a lot of swing in the WWE and are an important tag team in the WWE. And before you have the chance to apologize you get shushed by Gable and then they challenge you to a match tonight, if you had the guts that is.

Of course the two of you DO and accept the challenge. Should you lose the match Chad Gable and Otis mock you as you return to the back and your career on the INDYs continue as they had been until you get offered a contract via a talent scout by the WWE a year later.

But should you win you get another surprise D-Von Dudley congratulates the two of you in the back as you walk past the curtains. He also mentions that he liked what he has seen the two of you doing lately and that he has been keeping tabs on you guys for a while, there was a reason why you had a stretch of matches against veterans and legends alike.

The WWE are going to create a new Tag Team focused Brand. The current idea is to bring back either Shotgun Saturday Night or Sunday Night Heat. One of which has the advantage of not having shows interrupted by PLE but you could just as easily be on those shows instead of having a week off. And D-Von wants to sign you two and make you a focus point of the brand. He does admit that there is no guarantee that the brand will last all that long, but that just means you need to make the most of your time once your WWE Careers begin.

So the question is simple, do you take D-Von up on his offer? Or do you two decide to wait it out to see if anything even comes of the Tag Team Centric Brand and take your chances at getting another offer later down the line?

Background 14. Referee Starting Point

———This comes with some new special referee mechanics and is created to highlight at least some of them.

You have been refereeing for a few years now, even in the WWE you have been refring for a while. And not only that but the fans have noticed how you tend to only referee certain matches. The current theory is that was happening due to your size. Sure you’re not a giant BUT you are in very good shape and a lean muscled referee, even more so than some of the smaller wrestlers. But it’s nothing too major but you are very aware of those critiques. But you take it in stride. You are just focused on your health as far as you are concerned.

You referee several matches for a while, even specialty matches like Iron Man Matches, Casket Matches, Steel Cage Matches, TLC Matches, Punjabi Prison Matches, Texas Bullrope Matches, etc..... but there has been an issue occurring in some of your matches lately.

Some of the larger sized heels have been pushing their weight around, getting in your face and screaming, whatever they think they can get away with without getting DQed or to get their way. And at first you just brush it off as just another part of the job and feel no personal resentment to their actions.

That is until Roman Reigns intentionality spears you in a match to force a referee switch. Sure you don’t finish the match as referee but you do confront Roman about his actions backstage.

He tells you something about you being collateral damage in his journey as the Head of the Table but you don’t buy it. Next thing you know Baron Corbin pulls something similar in his match too and has some sort of convenient excuse too.

This continues for some time until one night you had enough. When Chad Gable tries it too one night, even though he is smaller than you, height wise at least. This is when you show off that you too have amateur wrestling experience and take Gable down with a belly to belly suplex after he tries to push you after a failed pin attempt.

You are given a talking to you backstage by management after the match BUT it’s not too serious as they understand that everyone has a breaking point and everyone has the right to defend themselves. But unfortunately nothing happens to Chad Gable as well, which causes others to believe nothing would happen to them either.

This trend continues until you are the referee for a Roman Reigns title defense. During the match Reigns goes to Spear Drew McIntyre but changes targets and attacks by using his Superman Punch on you so that his family can help him out.

You however expect this attack and counter the move leaving Reigns vulnerable to Drew McIntyre’s Claymore Kick. Once hit he goes for the cover and you count the pin causing Reigns to lose the Universal Championship.

Management doesn’t have an issue with what you did as you only defended yourself and it wasn’t a fast count either, hell it was a long one. Reigns on the other hand is not okay with this.

The next SmackDown he tries to make an example of you but you defend yourself again, at least until The Bloodline gets involved.

Triple H at this point gets involved. And while he has no problems with you defending yourself, he also can’t have a referee getting physical in the ring and be expected to be unbiased. So to finish this he decides to book a match to settle things once and for all.

You will face Roman Reigns in a Special Referee Match at the newly revived Fully Loaded premium live event where Triple H will be the referee to prevent Reigns from pulling his shit again. And he also adds the following stipulation.

If you win, you’ll get FREE training from the WWE so you can transition into a wrestler should you want to do so. But if you lose then you will no longer be allowed to referee any matches with Championship or any other prize opportunity, this would result in your opportunity for work to drop to a point of being a referee would be a pointless endeavor, and you would be forced to pay a fine going forward any time YOU hurt a wrestler.

If you or Reigns don’t accept the match as a means to settle things then Triple H informs you that he would be forced to terminate both of your contracts as to avoid any legal issues in the future. Explaining a clause in your contracts allows for this option, and it’s known as the Hebner clause in your contracts from back when he tried to push Earl Hebner around in HIS younger days,

So the opportunity of a lifetime is in front of you. You never thought you would ever be a wrestler as you never thought you had the skills to do so, but after refereeing for so long you now know otherwise.

It's time to bring the fight and win a potential WWE wrestling career. Your future is in your hands now.
