Titantron freezing when assigning advanced entrance for superstar

I need help with the advanced entrance problem. Whenever I assign an advanced entrance for a superstar, when he/she appear on the ramp the titantron is freeze for a few second then start again at the beginning. Are there any ways to fix this problem.
