When 2k finally shuts down the online bit of WWE 2k19, will I still retain my community creations which I've downloaded?

Great, but if I want to play in a different PC/Laptop, and the 2K19's server's are finally closed. 

Can I copy and paste the new CCs from my previous laptop/computer to the other PC/Laptop?

not sure - might work if u have backups and are on the same steam account.

As far as I know, it is not possible to transfer CAWS from one machine to another.

The caws are linked to the savegame, so just reinstall Steam on another pc and copy your savegame to the steam file corresponding to the savegame.

Just for information, it is still possible for me to upload images via the 2k20 server for 2k19. Inject them in the game, and share again with the community.
