Is the modding only for PS3 or is it for RGH 360 too? Xpacker is the main one, DM @tekken57 for it. Apart from that the other tools you will need are a Hex Editor eg HxD, Le Fluffie and Horizon. If you want to start making your own mods you will need other stuff but if you just want to customise your own game with other peoples mods then those 4 programs will do the trick.
