Trying to restore default renders causing game to not load pass start menu

Hey guys, 

I have a big issue. I tried to replace the superstar_face itag files because i was under the assumption that this folder would have the two files needed to restore the default renders:

Now my game won't move past the load screen. any idea what is happening? or what can i do to restore the original files in that folder?
