Does anyone know how to use svredit for WWE SVR 2011 on PCSX2? (Rumble Roses Characters)

hello, I would like to know if anyone knows how to import .pac files into the no model slots for WWE SVR 2011 in PCSX2? the characters I would like to add are these two Rumble Roses characters. (they are made by the same company who made WWE SVR series of games) (Yukes) plus they are in the same file format as well. "pac" I can't seem to get, or find the Rumble Roses character pac files, I looked everywhere. if anyone has the Rumble Roses character pac files. (Including Reiko and Evil Rose) it would be a pleasure.
