Please Help - How Do I Install MODs (Music, Wrestlers, Arenas, etc.)

I haven't used mods before for WWE 2k19 and would like to start using all of the great work created by the people of this forum. I want to install mods for entrance music, titantrons, wrestlers, arenas and whatever else there might be. Is there a tutorial somewhere on how best to get this done? I'm not super good with computers and am a total beginner when it comes to modding so the simpler the better but any help would be greatly appreciated.
