See this thread for future updates.   WrestleMINUS is an in progress open source file reader and editor for yukes games. Here is a Link to the Github Webpage Currently the tool is exclusively read only as I continue to work on it. However I wanted to highlight that the tool can extract the new OODL file format.  Again it cannot inject this. I will update this thread as the tool is updated
