As a noob myself and a person with a tight schedule in RL, I have a problem installing all that gorgeous mods that doesn't have pofo/moveset or have some installation complexities. In this thread I will gather pofo/moveset and installation guidelines I made, for other noobs and pesons with tight schedule %).
