Should be easy enough once Tekken releases his Xpacker update. There is a way to do so using cheat engine to alter the ram, as Kim said in the OP, but that is the tricky way if you don't know how to handle RAM and can cause serious problems with your game if you mess anything up. Back during the PS2 heyday, I was part of the old Cheat-x hacking comunity, and we used to be able to unlock NPC characters using gameshark/PAR. If I use random I can get them, but it takes a long time to get the right one. PS.: Random selection gave me a match between Jerry Lawler and Dutch Mantell. Classic Memphis right there. I changed her value to be a manager, and she showed up in the managers list, only as locked. My guess is the she was originally intended to be an unlockable manager, but was dummied out for some reason while remaining locked. Should be easy enough to fix if somebody can find the adress the designates her locked status. BTW, Star, in your search, did you come across the values for the NXT jobbers from Carreer mode? Some seem to have an entrance and you can edit it while others don't. One can assign them to tag teams and set entrances there, however, so I'm guessing one could probably use the memory editor to enable entrances for all of them somehow. Check the kim66 Sample image of Motion Test 01 in the first post. You will see a sequence of bits in that image "64 64 64 64... ".
