I finally got success in modding Brock Lesnar's textures using X-Packer 9. You need X-Packer 9.0 - 10.2 in order to do a WWE 2K15 Character mod. The thing that helped me out was using HXD. I found why the size changed from 29 MB to 46 MB and I found that the EPK8 Header was wrong. I fixed them both and tested and I successfully did my first 2K15 mod.
