tokidoim Posted December 27, 2003 Author Share Posted December 27, 2003 The game will read and save all data from the wrestler you have replaced except during a match ( so the attribute points and weight class will not reflect what the menus show you ) Let me make these for my ar2 ( NTSC ) and test them. I have had some difficulties when I tried the "Copy bytes" command to overwrite the names ( locked up while reading memory card ), hopefully that was just due to the type of command I was using. The AR2 and GS2V2 use the same encryption, so the codes can be used with either cheat system. I converted them to AR2 NTSC and they all worked with the exception of Michael Cole replaces Ted Dibiase. The code was right, but apparently Dibiase has more attires than Cole, so after the intro the game looks for your backstage attire, and, finding none for Michael Cole, locked up. It worked fine in exhibition mode, though. So after a few swaps with the codes, I found out Nicholai Volkoff can only be replaced by Jerry Lawler ( I think Lawler's probably the only one with 2 attires ) and Ted Dibiase is...irreplaceable ( at least for season mode with the non-unlockables you wanted ) , so if the codes aren't working for you, double-check everything. And remember the Icons are going to be for the replaced wrestler. In exhibition mode, they will NOT be listed alphabetically. All the Icons will be in the same order, even though the names and identities have been changed. Austin is even showed as GM (in his T-shirt outfit, so you need someone with at least 2 outfits for bish/ steph) Austin vs. Austin exhibitions are fun, so are SCSA w. SCSA tag matches. The Cole code didn't seem to work, unless he has an outfit with a ref shirt (blue). I tried SD matches, RAW matches, and PPV matches and only got Hebner or Chioda. (Chioda looks kinda like cole though, never noticed.) The edit move screen for bisch still had his stuff in it, but he uses Stone Cold's stuff when played as. He uses Austin's SEASON stats! (I made Austin's Streinght and endurance stats 127.7 so I could really tell.) Wierd he uses season stats, seein' him start a match with a stunner and making a guys head orange. Maximicus - I forget who it was posted Special Referees in all matches codes about a month ago. You could search the board for those if the Cole-Chioda code isn't always working. MikeyKane03 - Most of the codes I posted at the top of Page 3 should work 100% except for the Michael Cole code in season.
