  3. It looks like 2K19 is the end of the road for 2k wrestling game modding, so we might as well make the most of it. ____________________________________________________________________________________________ Downloads for My Released 2K19 Mods https://mega.nz/#F!B9UGwQrJ!JDDJyeYDvb3P1bDBKyiN3w ____________________________________________________________________________________________ AEW Mods AEW Dynamite - Theme Song and Show Intro ____________________________________________________________________________________________ WCW Mods Bobby Heenan - Various Attires The Boss Bret Hart British Bulldog Bruiser Mastino Col Robert Parker Curt Hennig - Various Attires Diamond Studd Dusty Rhodes - Various Attires Greg Valentine - Various Attires Hugh G. What it does: - Changes the first three matches of the Daniel Bryan Showcase to these matches: 1. AJ Styles vs Cesaro (Summerslam '17) 2. Mr. Perfect (with Bobby Heenan) vs Dolph Ziggler (Night of Champions '10) 3. The Rock vs Shawn Michaels (Wrestlemania XXX) - Includes new splash screen, updated menu, new videos, and updated objective text. What it doesn't do (yet): - Cut scenes don't lock, so you can either skip them or they will play out but weirdly because you will have control of your character. - You can't successfully complete Mr. Perfect vs Dolph Ziggler, because the last objective requires you to do springboard to the apron move, which Mr. Perfect doesn't have equipped by default. Updating the pofo/moveset doesn't seem to change the moveset within the Showcase mode, so perhaps there's a second database of character information stored elsewhere? - Commentary still refers to original matches. Some menu renders (i.e. show and title graphics) not changed. ____________________________________________________________________________________________ Huge thanks to @Fawuwu for helping to port and recolor my mods from previous years!

ALWAYS BACKUP YOUR FILES(ALL OF THEM, ALWAYS)! "Get The F Back In 2K19!" What does this mod do and what should I know before installing it?: This mod will replace every WWE arena in the game(and the two generic Japanese arenas) with WWF/WWE arenas from 1998-2003, as well as the match up screens, nameplates, locators, Show Videos, Show Themes, Universe logos, etc. No need to create a show(unless you want to) you can use these in regular exhibition mode. There is no way to quickly install 1 arena at a time or switch which slot it is installed in(refer to the arena modding wiki if you wish to try it for your own personal use), and there is no way to keep the modern arenas as well as the modded ones! This mod is NOT compatible with ANY of the other arena mods you might find, including my Golden Era mod. If you try to use two arena mods at once you will completely break one or both of the mods(It is possible to 'merge' them, but again you would have to read up on the arena modding wiki, it's a really tedious process). I do NOT recommend playing online while using this mod(or any for that matter) not worth risking a ban. I do NOT recommend trying to upload any modded content to Community Creations, again it's just not worth risking a ban! You should be fine downloading things from Community Creations while you have this mod installed though. List of known 'bugs': There are some lighting issues in the ported 2k15 arenas(the stage pieces don't reflect light as well as they should) Also the Bad Blood '03 stage is way too dark. Starrcade '83 doesn't appear in the Show menus(this seems to be a Yukes/2K issue) While in the Create a Show menu(most notably when selecting a theme song for a show), some of the logos will appear unchanged, they are all modded into the game though(check arena images page 2), just preview them to see which is which. Installation Instructions: 1. Download the .rar file and extract it with WinRAR or 7-Zip 2. drag and drop the WWE 2K19 folder in your installation directory so that it merges with your WWE 2K19 folder, click yes when your PC asks to replace the files(If your PC doesn't ask to replace any files, you dragged it to the wrong spot). 3. Install and Open Custom Character Tools 2019 4. In the "Chunk Tools" tab at the top, clear your chunk0.arc file, and then rebuild your chunk0.def file. 5. Enjoy. *If you have a bunch of weird issues like barricades that are crooked, or walking through ramps, you likely have another misc01_start.pac and/or misc04_arena.pac file somewhere in your WWE 2K19/mods folder, either edit it(the misc01) with HxD and copy/paste from "STG" to "COS" to match the same area in my modded misc01 file provided in the download. For the misc04, you could edit the values to match my modded one via WrestleMINUS. You might be able to just copy over the modded misc01/04 files into your mods folder, I honestly don't know which program creates those extra ones that some people seem to have, or why it would need those, I'm guessing it's likely Data Editor or something similar.* *Alternatively, you can just temporarily remove/delete the extra misc01_start.pac and/or misc04_arena.pac files from your /mods folder* DOWNLOAD LINK Credits: I want to thank @tekken57 @pozzum @Cave Waverider @TheVisitorX @squaredcirclefan @LordJustice17(and anyone else who helped in similar ways) for their amazing tools and/or mods and help with various things in the community, without all of those things none of this stuff would be possible. HUGE shoutout to @hovathagod32 for sharing his spreadsheet and overall vast knowledge of arena modding throughout the years(Click HERE for his main arena modding page) Another HUGE shoutout to @JManny for his various help with things and also for taking my first Golden Era mod and taking it to the next level! Be sure to check out 2K88 on his page HERE! Special thanks to @LordBarker for providing many of the ECW assets that were used and also for helping me out with many things, even way back when I first started modding and was a complete noob. Special thanks to @Mr.AG for fixing a ton of the titantrons, and also various .bk2 files as well as various help with a ton of other modding related things. Special thanks to @sXe_Coan_sXe for providing the HD video that I used to make the transitions, show videos, and some match ups screens. Special thanks to @trioxin1331 for providing the original logo I used for the "WORLD WRESTLING FEDERATION" PPV apron! 65+ Updated movesets and entrances! *Many of these .moveset files include accurate custom entrances that were created by @Mr.AG, including: Chris Jericho '00 and '03, Edge '05, Batista '05, Rey Mysterio '03, Randy Orton '05, Undertaker '98, Jushin Thunder Liger, Hayabusa, Jinsei Shinzaki, and The Great Muta!* (Make sure you download his newest Hayabusa CAW btw, it's insane!) BEFORE YOU INSTALL THESE!!!!! Step 1: Go to THIS PAGE, download and install both the ported entrances pack and the ported moves pack, then rebuild your .def file using CCT. Step 2: I have included some custom .wem files(theme songs) and titantrons, I HIGHLY recommend installing each of these with CCT and Sound Editor, because most of the entrance timings are built around them. Step 3: Install the .moveset files(and .pofos if you want to) using CCT and have WAY more immersion in your game! *If you install the .pofo files, make sure you open up each one in Data Editor, click on "Announcer Settings" and make sure "Commentary Name" is set to whatever slot you are installing to, otherwise you have issues with announcer names and/or team settings* Step 4: Make sure you you open up each wrestler who uses an "Advanced Creation" entrance in Create an Entrance mode, click "Edit Menu" at the bottom of the screen, then click on "Title Motion", and then on "Champion Motion", and make sure that "Advanced Creation" is selected, then click save and have MAXIMUM immersion!!!! Step 5: DOWNLOAD LINK *Fixed Randy Orton '05 .moveset V2* /ch Mods The Rock '03 *works in Create a Superstar mode!* *You NEED to install this in the modern Rock slot(ch10002.pac) and also replace the tx10002.pac file in your /ch folder for all of the textures to show up properly, I tried to make an alternate version with a texture archive, but kept running into issues with it* HUGE thanks to @Mr.AG for the muscle sculpt and attire on this one! Special thanks to @Red Rooster for his improved WWF intro video. Please don't re-upload any of the content from this mod unless you get permission.* This mod replaces/changes every arena in the game, most menu screens and many Create a Show/Universe logos. I didn't really want to release this mod in it's current state, but due to various issues I don't know how much time I will have for modding going forward, and I don't want to leave you guys with nothing for a long period of time. Here is the list of things you should be aware of before installing: The most notable issue remaining with this mod is the one discussed HERE. As far as I know, no fix for this has been found yet, though each match type is still 'playable' in the affected arenas, as you can still pull the needed weapons out from the apron and use them in the ring. (list of affected arenas) This mod is likely NOT compatible with either MyPlayer mode or 2K Showcase mode, but 2K Towers still work fine, they just play out in different arenas, the main goal of this mod was to make Universe mode better for WWF fans. The WWE stage logo in many arenas needs to be 3D modeled to allow for a WWF logo The spotlight on the stage piece in Survivor Series '96 and WrestleMania 13 is too bright There are some strange shadow glitches, mostly on the portion of ramp closest to the ring and on the aprons(as far as I know, this is a 2k/Yukes glitch that wasn't in previous games, only thing I've found that makes it less noticeable is to turn off shadows in the graphics options, this completely "fixes" it for the aprons at least) Do NOT use the side exit door near the parking lot area if you go backstage in arenas that have crowd fighting disabled! Elimination Chamber mode uses This Tuesday in Texas as it's arena now(you can put the original back by simply copying the original WWE 2K19/pac/arena/entrance file for it back in"arentrance00021.pac") If you want to use these arenas in regular exhibition mode, you will need to create a show for each one and give them whichever nameplates, etc that you want(the modded show/watermark logos are in "Arena Images" pages 1 and 2) Then just select them from the "Custom Arenas" page. Online still works, but I do NOT recommend it as your arena will be Raw is War(with crowd fighting enabled) and your opponent will still have Modern Raw. It might be considered "cheating" if you play online with modded arenas, I really don't know, so best not to risk it, YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED! If you want to try and improve something in this mod, want to mod Modern Raw back in for the sake of online, or are just interested in arena modding for whatever reason make sure you check out THIS PAGE and THIS PAGE. HUGE shoutout to everyone involved in putting together those pages(and another HUGE shoutout to @LordBarker as well, for being kind enough to help me out WAY back in the beginning when I didn't know very much at all, if it wasn't for him I would have likely given up a long time ago), everything I know about arena modding is thanks to all of them and this mod wouldn't exist if they didn't share their knowledge, so be sure to thank them if you enjoy this mod. So without further ado.. Installation Instructions: BACKUP YOUR FILES!(I know I already said that, but IDC do it again if you have to..) Drag the WWE 2K19 folder from the download link into your /Steam/steamapps/common folder and overwrite all files, then regenerate your chunk0.def using Custom Character Tools 2019 DOWNLOAD LINK *I do still hope to release a V2.0 at some point(if I find the time) which would include modded match up screens, nameplates, stadium banners, etc. If you run into any bugs I may have overlooked, know how to fix any that were mentioned, or have any reasonable suggestions, feel free to comment on this page or message me and I'll get back to you ASAP, I hope you all enjoy this mod.* WWF Championship Belts *If you open up any of my championship belt mods in Create a Championship mode and set up the Title Information like this:* It will then show up like this in the menu and in-game: WWF Heavyweight Championship '98: Download Link Preview (drag/drop both .pac files into your WWE 2K19/pac/prop folder, replaces WWE Championship '98-'02) WWF Winged Eagle Championship: Download Link Preview (drag/drop both .pac files into your WWE 2K19/pac/prop folder, replaces WWE Championship '88-'98) WWF Undisputed Championship: Download Link Preview (drag/drop both .pac files into your WWE 2K19/pac/prop folder, replaces the WWE Undisputed Championship) WWF Smoking Skull Championship: Download Link Preview (drag/drop both .pac files into your WWE 2K19/pac/prop folder, replaces the WWE Smoking Skull Championship) WWF Intercontinental Championship('87)*updated 12/31/2018*: Download Link Preview (drag/drop both .pac files into your WWE 2K19/pac/prop folder, replaces WWE Intercontinental Championship '94) WWF Intercontinental Championship('90)*updated 1/1/2019*: Download Link Preview (drag/drop both .pac files into your WWE 2K19/pac/prop folder, replaces WWE Intercontinental Championship '90) WWF Intercontinental Championship('98-'02): Download Link Preview (drag/drop both .pac files into your WWE 2K19/pac/prop folder, replaces WWE Intercontinental Championship '98-'11) WWF European Championship '98: Download Link Preview (drag/drop both .pac files into your WWE 2K19/pac/prop folder, replaces WWE European Championship) The Younger 'Taker Collection If you don't know how to install these, I highly recommend visiting the main tutorial page HERE Backlash '01: Download Link Preview Royal Rumble '01: Download Link Preview Raw '98: Download Link Preview Raw November '98: Download Link Preview Rock Bottom '98: Download Link Preview Over the Edge '98: Download Link Preview Summerslam '98: Download Link Preview Raw June '99: Download Link Preview Fully Loaded '99: Download Link Preview Other /ch Mods and Ports Razor Ramon(Modded head/face textures) Download Link Preview John Cena '03(Modded head/face textures/hair) Download Link Preview John Cena '03(alt entrance attire with ported 2k14 chain) Download Link Preview Stone Cold Steve Austin (17 ported 2k16 attires) Download Link(Preview pics inside of the folders)

  5. Hi, I will be putting up a tutorial on title belts in the game. This tutorial will cover. 1. The belt param data file in the misc05_save.pac 2. The belt control data file in the evt_data.pac file 3. The ring announcer data for title belts in the sound_p30.pac file. 4. Title belt renders This info will be useful if you are replacing a title belt you don't use with a different one. I will update the thread as soon as I complete each section of the tutorial. Stay Tuned. PART 1 : The belt param data file. For this tutorial, you will require the following tools. 1. Pac Editor or X-Packer. 2. HxD (hex editor) 3. Wrestleminus to open and view the superstring file. So lets get on with it. The misc05_save.pac file contains default data for the title belts which you see listed in the TITLE MANAGEMENT menu. The data is located in the 0005.dat file. First we need to extract this file from the misc05 file. 1. Open the misc05_save.pac file in pac editor or X-Packer. 2.Extract the 0005.dat file from it . Open the file in the hex editor HxD. This is a screenshot of the top section of the file. I have highlighted some data in yellow which I will explain . The 01 highlighted is the byte which enables the belt show up in the menu for selection The D4 07 (swap the bytes to 07 D4 and convert to decimal gives 2004) is the ID for the belt prop (2004.pac). This is the straight belt used in the title match introduction, title victory motions and title belt entrances where the character has the belt held in the hand or placed on the shoulder. The Highlighted 0 is belt ID 0. This is the WWE Championship belt assigned to AJ Styles by default. I had created a belt ID and render sheet which lists all the belts, their ID and the ID's for the render. https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/14VXJAJxuXZGufibUDkvbEIjYpfpvagmGM8uE_wh6Pmg/edit#gid=0 If you look in the first row of this sheet, you will see Belt ID 0 is the WWE championship with Render ID 1 in the ltag_belt_all_win.pac file. (Render ID 0 contains reference data) The array of bytes highlighted are flipped as 03 34 E2, 03 35 AA and 03 3C B2. These three array of bytes are the Hex Ref ID's for the string names used in the Title management menu, universe mode menu , title selection in exhibition mode and the match-up screen. If you open the string_win.pac file and scroll down to locate these ID's , you will see the title names listed. The 62 02 highlighted (flip to 02 62 and convert to decimal gives 610) is the Character ID for AJ Styles. This is the ID for the character the belt is assigned to by default if you start of with a fresh save. This ID is in two places The A8 10 (Flipped as 10 A8) is a sort of belt type assignment code which assigns the belt as a male singles title. Here are a few used in the file A8 10 , 98 10 or 88 10 - Male singles title A9 10, 99 10 or 89 10 - Female singles title AA 10, 9A 10 or 8A 10 - Male tag title AB 10, 9B 10 or 8B 10 - Female tag titles - This code are not assigned to any title by default as there is no female tag title in 2k19 9C 10 Cruiserweight title. This is especially useful if you are replacing a title belt and you want to convert it to a different title. For instance converting one of the unused tag title belts to a Women's title belt if you are replacing with Women's tag title belts. If you wanted to convert the Universal title to a Women's title belt, you just need to change the assignment bytes. Lets look at one of the tag titles. The Raw Tag team Championship. In the sheet I posted, the ID is 36. To locate the data , you can perform a hex search for 36 00 00 00. Remember the ID's are located in the same position. Here is a screenshot. Similar to the first example The prop ID for the belt is 07DD (2013.pac) The string names for the belt used in the menu are 3 34 86, 3 35 4E and 3 3C 56. If you are replacing a belt and you need to change the title name in the menu, you only need to locate and change these three string names. No need searching through the string file to replace multiple names. For instance, If I wanted to change the name to the name of a title already in the game, I only need to replace the string ID with those for that title. The A9 01 and 8D 01 (flipped to 1 A9 and 18D and converted to decimal 397 and 425) are the character ID's for Curtis Axel and Bo Dallas who the belts are assigned to by default. If you look in the belt render sheet, you will see the render is 002F . This is what you need to locate in the ltag belt render file. You will also notice the belt assignment is 9A 10. (Male tag team titles) UNUSED SLOTS. There are three unused title belt slots in the game with renders which you can use for modded belts if you are not replacing Two removed in 2k19 which were in 2k18 (Light Heavyweight Championship and the ECW World Television Championship) Title belt slot 4B. If you look in the spreadsheet, You will see I have marked these. Light Heavyweight title ID 14, belt render 12 (0012) ECW World Television Championship ID 2B , belt Render 25 (0025) Slot 4B , belt render 36. These three do not show up in the menu as they are disabled by default. Here's how to unlock them. For the Light Heavyweight title ,you will need to search for 14 00 00 00 (hex search) The 00 highlighted means the belt data is disabled. Change this to 01 to enable the slot. The render and name will show up but the prop files have been removed. The prop ID for the belt is 0A 64 (2660). If you don't want to overwrite belt prop files, you can assign unused belt prop ID in the 2XXX range and replace here. The other belt prop with 5XXX is handled in the evt_data file which I will cover in part 2 of this tutorial. This is a similar case for the ECW World Television championship. Search for 2B 00 00 00 Th third which is unused has no belt prop ID or string assigned .Search for 4B 00 00 00 For this slot, you need to change the 02 to 01. The belt render ID is 0036. the belt prop ID is 0000as there is none assigned. There are also no strings assigned. If you save , inject the 0005.data file back into the misc05-save.pac and start your game, you will see a belt render with no name. Now lets get a bit practical here. Assume I want to use this slot for a custom title , like an AEW Title mod. I am not replacing any belt in the game but will assign an unused ID to the belt pro file. When I look through the pac files in the pac\prop folder, I have seen 2023 is not listed. I will use that. The ID for the prop will need to be changed to 2023. You can't do this with a 2k19 belt prop file. The pac file inside will need to be extracted and injected into a 2k16 belt prop file. I convert 2023 to hexadecimal which gives 7E7. I will flip the bytes as E7 07. Next step is to add strings for the file. In this case, I want to add new strings rather than overwriting one already in the game. Looking through the string sheet in the titles section, there are missing string ID's after 3 34 8C. As shown in the screenshot, I added three new strings , changed the ID's to 3 34 8D, 3 34, 8E and 3 34 8F and named the three AEW WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP. I will now add these ID's to the unused belt data file, including the new prop ID. Here is a screenshot with the strings and belt pro ID added. now lets say I wanted to assign Chris Jericho as the default title holder which will be loaded if you are starting on with a fresh save.I just need to add his ID to the data as shown. His CH Pac is 104 (00 68 in hex ) When done, save and inject the 0005.dat file into 0005.dat in the misc05_save.pac file. Place the file in the pac\root folder. ( I suggest placing the modded file in the same folder as the misc01-start_p30.pac file if you have universal attire unlock in the mods folder (WWE 2K19\mods\Universal Alternate Attire Unlock\pac\root folder) and regenerate the chunk0.def file. Launch your game. This is a screenshot showing the enabled 4B slot with the AEW Championship string name. Remember no belt or slot is being replaced here. The belt render is 0036. If you open the ltag_belt_all_win.pac file file in Pac Editor, You need to extract the 0036.oodl, decompress the file in OODLE TOOLS to obtain the belt render. If you have a dds render image you want to replace it with, open the file in oodle tools, compress and save as 0036.oodl. Inject into the 0036 file in pac editor. This is the end of part 1 of this 3 part tutorial. Next we will be looking at how the belts are loaded in entrances (part 2) and the ring announcer data for title announcements (part 3) . Do take time to read through properly. I hope the explanations and the screenshots make things easy enough.

  7. Hi, This tutorial will cover removing commentary data from character slots using wrestleminus. I have put up a tutorial on removing superstar specific commentary using the hex editing method but this can be a bit cumbersome. Its much easier with Wrestleminus. 1. What you need. Wrestleminus 2. Pac editor. First open the sound_p30.pac file in pac editor. (its best to create a working folder and place a copy of the file inside the folder) Click on MASS EXTRACT in the Pac Editor functions . (The files will be decompressed into that created folder) Navigate to the created @0BFD09BF523F7140.pac\@012C.pac folder. You will find a file 0067.dat. Open this file in wrestleminus. Click on the SOUND VIEW tab . You will see the following screenshot. The Columns you will be looking up here are CONTAINER, REF NUM and HASH BYTES. The container column contains a series of numbers from 1 to 157. Each section holds data for various audio attributes in the game. The data we will focus on for this tutorial is listed in container sections Container 128 - Commentary Data for in-game superstar slots Container 129 - Chants and Voiceover data for in-game superstar slots container 132 - Commentary Data for in-game superstar slots One other unrelated section I will cover in a separate tutorial is Container 143 - Arena Ambient Sounds. Lets look a a practical example. I want to remove the Kevin Owens reference commentary from the 454 Kevin Owens 18 slot. First scroll down to the beginning of the CONTAINER 128 section. This starts from 100. This is the entry for the Rock as the character is ch100. in this section scroll to 454 and delete the entry. in container 129 section, scroll down to 45402 and delete the entry. in the container 132 section , scroll down to 454 and delete. Save changes in wrestleminus. Inject the 0067.dat file back into the sound_p30.pac file.

  8. Specifically, the deleters of worlds have two cutscenes within them: the first is the broken glass for broken Matt Hardy's gimmick and then, a few seconds later, that Wyatt family cutscene. Is it possible to mod either or both of these videos are or they hard coded into the game?
    1 point
  9. Hi, When you mean mod, I will assume you mean totally removing both from the intro video's from the entrance. Its not hardcoded into the game but is managed by the entrance effect file which also contains the timeframe in the motion both scenes come on. To remove them, you will have to modify the entrance effect file (01374.pac file in the 2k19\pac\evt\effect folder) Open this file in PacEditor and select Uncompress from the menu. Open the saved file with 0fop extension in HxD. You will see the following as shown in the screenshot below. The bytes 5C you see are for both cutscenes. Change the 5C to 00. (Don't delete, type 00 over both.) Save and inject the file back using the INJECT AS BPE function in Pac Editor.

  12. @peja12 Thanks for the feedback. I've lowered the hairline and matched the hairline level on your texture. I also moved the hairline on the hair model. This is what your texture looked like and what mine looks like with the hairline fixed: It looks like this in game now: For the WCW version, I wanted hair that covers his face somewhat to look like this: I've made the hair a bit darker and reduced the saturation a bit: Let me know if you like the changes or if I should scrap this hair and go with the other choice?

  17. You still need to assign the tron in Data Editor before you inject it with CCT, and copy the bk2-file to the tron-folder in the game, so when you assign it, you can use a different bk2-file with a different tron-nr, and the original file will still be in the game, and you can just inject that later if you change your mind. A tip is to back up all the video-files before you change stuff, so you can return it as it was if you screw things up. I have never replaced existing trons, I just inject new ones in new slots and assign them to the character. But if copied over, save a backup. πŸ™‚

  26. Dean Malenko: so guys, i want to thank you all for your nice feedback and help for this project, but im tired of this game and i want to quit this project. it consumes to much time for me. i expected more people are interested in this for pc, but the feedback and the download numbers are to small for this effort. thats why dean malenko was my last caw.

  36. Hey man, if you're putting up a mod for the first time on a forum , you've got to have a video or image preview . You also haven't listed the contents of the file. How do you now expect users to download and try out the mod?
