Hi @micencronin in fact this problem is really simple. When injecting your mods, another is default with the one to save. For example, if a ch.pac carries the number 101 (the Rock) in your "mods" folder, there will be conflict with the other original ch.pac file in the game folder with the same number or address. To fix this, first clean the duplicates by deleting them in your mods folder or the generic folder if you have to move or copy paste in the generic folder of the original game. There may be conflict. Finally, or if you can do it (I had the same problem with Io Shirai and Walter - same number). Open your p.pac with HxD and modify the line "800" with the CCT number mod address : for example The Rock is 101 it will have to put 00101 if I'm not mistaken, close the ch.pac and save. I don't have the program here so the number isn't exactly like that but it can give you an idea ^^. Don't hesitate to open another ch.pac to understand the sequence of numbers on line 800, do the same thing by replacing in your ch.pac just the missing number. I hope it can help, Ben

Still can't find the vertex normals in the mdl files. I'm starting to think that the model doesn't have this information hence the drop in detail on the models this year. Comparing the actual meshes in 3dsmax, reveal that the 2k19 models look almost identical to the 2k20 meshes with the exception of a few verts. To illustrate:

Figured out uv's last night. Very difficult to compute where the uv's are stored, but I think I've come up with some code which works. Tested on a few models and it seems fine. Can't seem to find the vertex normals in the model though, still searching. here's a textured preview:

The 4 man entrance is loaded with Adam Cole, Bobby Fish, Kyle O Reilly and Roderick Strong. The cast settings needs to be in that order in Create Entrance or the Roderick Strong character will be invisible in the entrance. The entrance with all four characters loaded works in the following matches. Single matches with Cole, O Reilly and Fish and 3 managers. Tag matches with with two managers Roderick Strong is not loaded in the 4 -man entrance in a 8-man tag match and instead has his single entrance loaded. Ensure you place the modded string.win.pac in the mods/superstring folder so it replaces the default modded one. This time - I updated the skin textures, fixed some t-shirt glitches, and upgraded the hair to a more realistic and animated model. I'll work on the regular Hugh Morris next. ____________________________________________________________ Now that I finished my General update, here's a more general update. As always, I'm still interested in expanding the available WCW universe, with the hopes of turning it into a bigger mod project down the road. I'm painfully waiting to hear about the roster, DLC, and new features in 2K20. Glad that the Hulkster is coming back to the roster - but otherwise I don't have a great feeling for WCW characters and arenas. They keep upping the NXT and women's rosters - which is cool - except that it seems to be coming at the expense of legends content. Realistically, if we get any new WCW alumni added, my logical top contenders would be: Eric Bischoff, Shane Helms (as The Hurricane), or Jeff Jarrett because they all work backstage now. Another long shot would be Torrie Wilson - since she went into the Hall of Fame. Obviously, guys like Chris Jericho, Dustin Rhodes, and Arn Anderson aren't coming back. In fact, I can see them downplaying WCW assets because people might relate them with Turner/AEW. If Flair keeps suing them I can see him not being in 2K21 next year - which would effectively tear the heart out of a WCW universe. I hope I'm wrong but we'll see. My real big dream is to collect as many WCW characters/arenas/renders/etc. from any modder willing to contribute, redesign all of the menus, and release what would effectively be a new WCW game. But this has been my goal for several games now, and I'm still working on roster conversion work, so we'll see. However far I get, I suspect that this will ultimately end in either 2K19 or 2K20. At minimum, as part of this bigger project, I do plan to port my previous mods forward. Which takes us, once again, to Survey Time. Curious as to what others are thinking about my ideas and 2K20 in general.
