I've downloaded about 30 CAWs so far and only 3 of them were affected by this vanishing logo problem. The rest have all been fine, so I don't think it's that much a wide spread issue. Also, people seem to think it's caused by the creator going back in and editing the size of the logos once they are placed and saved, so unless you've been doing a lot of that, you're probably good to go.
