Might be because he uses DLC, that can always be a factor.

I'm wondering if you could  upload the black and red attires for ospreay as two separate CAWS. Cause when I download it says 27 instead of 37 but the glitch is still in affect.

Sadly, I can't I'm running out of space and the ones I have left are for new CAWs. Expect an update soon though

 Anyone ever figure out what's up with the Brookes in terms of dowloading? I cant seem to get him or Lykos. No issues with any others.
