Cyborg Posted October 23, 2016 Share Posted October 23, 2016 The guy who is coding the tool is an IT student,he lives in vietnam and he has an outdated PC with a Pentium 4 and poor display which shuts down multiple times.He's struggling to get a new pc,maybe you guys should donate some $$$ for him. UPDATEGot a fix for it, you have to inject all of the 4E files into the new bg. 4E20-4E2A. And to fix the missing ringmat you have to inject 03B9 from the older game you're putting it into. Thank you very much for this fix! Using it I fixed the crowds for WLs Nitro, Thunder and Havoc 98! Sweet!
