frame rate issue, please help

First i want to say thank you to VisitorX, KG Programmer, Tekken57, XWeasel, and all of the Modding family for all you do!   I only play Comp vs Comp matches.  I'm having a frame rate problem with 6 man and Royal Rumbles in WWE 2k16pc, In Royal Rumbles when the match starts, the (saving/loading?) yellow circle comes on the screen then the match goes down to 1-5 fps, the game sometimes comes back to normal speed after a minute or so but only sometimes, but when the next wrestler is coming to the ring, the fps goes back down to 1-5 fps again. most of the match is plays in 1-5 fps, it only does this with CAWs and not with WWE superstars. any help would be awesome. here are my specs:
