I don't really want to argue anymore with you guys, you think Paul and the moderators are showing favoritism towards me but the thing is it's actually the opposite, I got suspended for a day for arguing with you and the moderator claimed that I started the argument (Not sure if blind) but this thread tended to an argument at the first place, indirectly mentioning me and putting words in my mouth which I never said and making me look like the bad guy. Anyone can be a smartass and point incongruities. It's a basis of one's own disillusionment by failing to follow their own advice crossing contradiction and entering lines of hypocrisy. Every action has a reaction and not being able to follow one's own logic only lessens their credibility as a person, and thus further exemplifies them as naive.

Why would anyone go out of their way to insult someone, that their only intention is you in particular? It only holds true to misconceptions and a wrong sense of analyzing the context the words are imparting. Getting defensive and jumping the gun by threatening to report no matter how you deter that you're not doesn't change its meaning but further substantiates that you hold yourself higher over others. What makes you or anyone else for that matter so important that only they can be insulted? I read or hear and am even sometimes a target of disparage. Does this mean I consciously register it as personal insults? I'm a walking, talking white knight taking offense to everything people imply. I circumvent around this because I have an understanding about the human conditioning. It is a physiological trait and indoctrinated due to natural selection. If I were actively pursuing the race card because of an inferiority complex, I wouldn't be better than that sick fuck who shot those two innocent reporters at point blank range. How else can one actively engage in discussions, which by the way is the topic's reasoning? 

Let's assume I'm a minority and derogatory terms are thrown, I have to accept the state of affairs for what they are and try not to reinforce the opinions of those who are using those terms by using rhetoric, or the art of communicating which would establish a conciliatory mood. Of course you can't change someone's opinion, but this provides more of a challenge to dissuade someone from using the specific derogatory term. Sometimes, this can create a cultural backlash as it might be the norm, and you have to embrace it such as "nigga" as a term of endearment, "honkey" as a subjection to oppression, or "Arab" as a generalization to Muslims. If enough people believe it, it becomes that abstract principle for the locality, the region, and conventionalized meaning. It's also important to accept someone's views at face value and trying to work around it by participating in the "joke" and familiarizing to their perceptions to squash any ill feelings. By you being considerate, it turns them into the asshole. Use kindness to your advantage to fuck with them.

Why am I saying this? Because, I can relate to all these situations. It's as you said, you don't go "liking" everything on Facebook. Well, there isn't a "report" button in real life for someone to hide behind their problems. Facts are facts. Minorities or someone of foreign descent will always be discriminated because of the unknown parameters they might introduce to an accepted standard. To eliminate those predisposed notions, you must convene at your peers' style and establish respect along with credence. Minorities have extra pressure to fit into the conversation because they are alienated, but by structuring a friendly tone through semantics or satire can generally cut the tension. This is how you build rapport and shatter whatever defense mechanism the external party might elicit no matter the ethnicity. Interracial relationships are evident of this. I want to add that you cannot disincentivize and claim that something like this is not a method of contribution because I believe I have a unique perspective to add to the table, and if it made at least one person deliberate on it, then I think it was the essence of what constitutes "contribution". 

With that to note, there is also a misuse of the "report" button to take account of and just as the notion of "spamming likes" may exist so does "spamming the report button" as members have been suspended in the past for it. It is a means of last resort like honking a car horn. It's always better to message someone via PM and familiarizing with their verbiage keeping Mod intervention as the last choice.

I never said I would say whats up my nigga to a random black guy, I would never even say it to a black person. I've always used it with white people and it came in the sentence as "My friend". I think you're putting words in my mouth again. Oh and this is not the first time Pete acts racist towards me, he got suspended before for doing it so he should've realized that I am not a kind of person to joke racist jokes with, yet he repeated it.
