Smacktalks Posted September 3, 2008 Share Posted September 3, 2008 Looking at the files, .snd is an Amiga sound file that you can open with Cool Edit, although that's been replaced with a new adobe product when you click on the link. There's a free trial though so you may be able to edit the sound file with the trail download. .pic is a picture file and should contain the graphics of Doink you want to edit, as for programs you may be able to use XNVIEW.
