Gameshark Pro is. You can view the games memory and change it real-time, has a search engine for making your own cheats, ect. ect.

The others dont even compete.

I'm with him. the GSPro was awesome. Being able to change the values while you were working on a code was key. Saves a lot of hassle of a lot of off and on bs.

Edit--someone actually voted for Gameshark CDX? How rediculous. CDX is useless compared to a pro. Besides being a pain in the ass..switching discs all the fuckin time..
