From all the advertising, etc. I thought it might be promising but I havent checked out the gameplay yet. Is it that bad?

It's very No More Heroes in it's bland level design - simple rectangle rooms filled with enemies. Thing is, No More Heroes is good, the controls in Lollipop are just so stuck fifteen years in the past what could have been a fun romp is tedious. There's no flow, you can't mix attacks, and changing attacks quickly to adjust for the situation is simply impossible. You start chainsaw, you better keep chainsaw'ing. The only reason to play is for virtual panty flashes, which I find humourous, some find sexually vulgar in the sickest sense.
