WWE.com today announced that Rey Mysterio has been suspended for 60 days following his second Wellness Policy violation.

"STAMFORD, Conn. – In accordance with its Talent Wellness Program, WWE has suspended Oscar Gutierrez (Rey Mysterio) for 60 days effective Thursday, April 26 for his second violation of the company's policy."

If Mysterio fails another Wellness Test he will be released.

I think you'll find he probably tested positive for a steroid. He would have been trying to get back in his overly built small guy ring shape.
