Today see's the UFC Undisputed 3 demo now available on the PlayStation Store following yesterday's release on the Xbox Marketplace. You can check out the demo trailer above or read the press release below:

Consumers Provided with Game Sample Featuring Four Prominent UFC Fighters and the Franchise Debut of PRIDE® Mode Prior to Launch
WOKING - 24th January, 2012 - THQ Inc. (NASDAQ: THQI) and the Ultimate Fighting Championship® organisation today announced the UFC® Undisputed™ 3 playable demo is now available for free download via Xbox LIVE® Marketplace for the Xbox 360® video game and entertainment system from Microsoft, as well as PlayStation®Network for the PlayStation®3 computer entertainment system. Consumers will explore a fantasy UFC matchup between current UFC light heavyweight champion Jon Jones and current UFC middleweight champion Anderson Silva. In addition, they will relive a classic PRIDE® Mode rivalry between renowned UFC fighters and former champions Quinton “Rampage” Jackson and Wanderlei Silva. The playable demo will also offer mirror matches, enabling consumers to play against friends or opponent AI as the same fighter, in the ultimate test of skill. UFC Undisputed 3 is currently scheduled for release on February 14, 2012 for Xbox 360 and the PlayStation 3 system.

I've been playing it for the first time with my mate online and it's not too bad. There's a lot to remember but I managed to take him to the final round each time using basic moves. The demo also stops to give you hints during the match which is handy until you start to get the hang of it.

The game is good but there is still a lot of shit to remember, if you haven't played any of the UFC Undisputed games you will be lost. You have to get a feel for the game and the way it controls, the ground game is better and more balanced. Shots on the ground feel better and more important now.
The submission system is a huge improvement in the fact it actually works and makes sense, you should watch the tweaks video on Gametrailers
