So good old George has once again been messing with the original Star Wars trilogy adding in new content/improvements and this is by far the worst that I've seen. Instead of the turn of the head we get a terrible 'noooooooooooo' which really ruins the scene that is one of the best moments in Return of the Jedi.

I was going to pick up the Blu Ray Trilogy but after seeing this I think I'll give it a miss unless there is a cut of the films without changes like this, I just don't understand why he insists on making changes like this it just shits on the original cut.

I'll reckon you'll find that with the marvel that is blu-ray, you'll get a choice in what cut you watch. I wouldn't get your nerd rage on just yet.

From what I read theres no mention of alternate versions, I had been hoping for them to include the original theatrical version.

That sounds terrible, it's almost as bad as the new sound they used when Obi Wan scares the sand people.

I think someone who had watched the leaked versions described it as the sound of a man getting his dick caught in a door.
