Profile picture not updating right please help

Hey paul, my profile photo is not displaying right I removed picture of me in a hoody to the crow picture and it wont update. It just shows the picture of me in a hoody in the same resolution of the crow pic ive uploaded as photo for profile, can it be sorted out?

I updated mine earlier and it worked after a refresh. If it doesnt work first time hold Ctrl and press F5.
