I got an invite from Veronica Belmont today and spent a bit of time trying it out but I dont know too many people with access to it, is anyone here using it?
It's pretty good so far from what i've used, especially the circles, it just makes it much easier to see updates from certain groups of friends instead of looking through your wall. I doubt it'll turn out to be a Facebook killer, as people are only gonna use what their friends are using, and if their all already on Facebook they've no real need to change.

facebook is full of flaws. as everything always is, nothing has competed with fb for a while so i welcome G+ in the hope it pushes fb to fix a few things.

I'm starting to really like it, tho theres a lot of simple things that they've left out while they launched it that they're supposed to be updating this week.
I've never been a fan of video chat in any form but I'm liking the way Google are using it as a "hangout", it kinda reminds me of an Xbox Live Party in the way you see your friend is in one and you can join them.
It's also been cool to see some celebs starting hangouts and letting fans join, tho with a limit of 10 people it's been hard to get in before it fills up.

Never even hard of this. But like you stated, it won't be a Facebook killer.

Well it's hit 10,000,000 users in 16 days when it took Twitter 780 days (2.13 years) and Facebook took 852 days (2.33 years), so it's off to a good start.

That said, when Twitter and Facebook launched they didnt have big social networks for the word to spread about their service, so it's not really a fair comparison.

i'll need to add more people. but already im impressed. its facebook without all the shite. i already group friends so circles is the same only easier to me. i'd say by next year there will be alot of people defecting from facebook.
its just nicer, works with android much better (obviously lol) and feels better.

Yeah, i'd be using it a lot more but the majority of my friends arent using it yet, their still happy with Facebook.
It's interesting to see Google have banned business pages, so you wont get spammed with updates from things you liked.

aye, thats a good thing... i fear games etc will still ruin it... or the lack of games wont attract ppl, one of the two..
