Due to recent issues with our server provider, the following fix will be implemented at 7PM this evening, causing 2 hous outage from 7-9PM UK.

On 08/01/09, a 2 hour maintenance window has been scheduled by our datacenter providers to carry out emergency power maintenance to resolve an issue which has plagued us for the last 30 days resulting in 3 major outage incidents.

Power will be taken offline at approximately 7PM (UK) and last for 2 hours. ALL services and servers will be taken offline by our engineering team approximately 10 minutes before the scheduled maintenance window.

We cannot apologise enough, and will continue giving it everything we have to ensure we support you in the best ways possible.

To be fair, it's only over the last month that there's been a bunch of problems. So if this fix does indeed fix it, we shouldn't have the same problems in the future.
