NEW: Employee Of The Month

Starting next month we'll be running an employee of the month competition to reward mods/admins for hard work they put into the board.
This will be based on moderation work done, keeping the forums updated with wrestling and gaming news, posting of CAWs, Codes, etc.
The first Employee of the Month will be announced on the 31st October 2008, covering the period of the 1st-31st October. Following this, the Employee of the Month will be announced on the last day of each month.
The winner of Employee of the Month will then receive a £30 Gift Voucher* for Amazon, or where possible, the website of their choice.

* - This may go up or down depending on ad revenue for the previous month, therefore the more succesfull the Smack Network gets, the better the prize for the Employee of the Month. However the October prize of £30 is locked in place.

For the record, when have I shown to be Paul's bitch? I care about this site and watching it grow. That's all I've ever done for this place. When Paul wasn't around, Aero and I continued to try to change the forums and make this place seem fresh. If that makes me Paul's bitch, so be it. Now that Paul is more active on the forum, Paul and I agree that this place needs to change. Agreeing with someone now makes you someone's bitch? Unbelievable.
I spend more time in my real life job than this place. But I continue to login every single day to watch the board because it's a site I've been to for a number of years. That will not change anytime soon, I promise you that. I care about the well being of a site that we all hold dear to our hearts, whether some of us want to admit it or not. To call me Paul's bitch for caring about ST pisses me off beyond belief.
Iain, do me a favor. Fuck off. I'll gladly take a one day suspension to tell you that.

Yeah, i used to. and i was suspended? must've been while i was away.
anywho, yeah i am negative. how can you blame me? i don't see why you took it so personally hb, i didn't exactly mean it by any means, and you know that.
